Why would anyone care what this communist has to say about the economy?

He raises taxes, borrows money from America's enemies, refuses to let America's friends build a pipeline to provide the country with a secure energy supply, closes coal plants, wants to legalize millions of cheap laborers. What can he add?

I wonder about that top 1% income quadrupled statement. There was a timeframe, perhaps 87-07, don’t remember, but what I wonder is ... did they track the actual 1% in the beginning range and see if their specific income quadrupled? Or was it just a sample of the top 1% at the end of the period because of course they would have the biggest gains over whatever they had at the beginning - they are the top 1%!
