RICHMOND -- A 34-year-old Sacramento man who went to an El Sobrante hardware store on a "mission from Allah to help people" before fatally stabbing an employee 17 times was arraigned on murder charges Tuesday, prosecutors say.
Daymond Agnew, charged with murder with use of a knife in Sunday's slaying of 49-year-old Daniel Joseph Stone, of Pinole, at Oliver's Ace Hardware, did not enter a plea and was ordered to return to the Richmond courthouse on Aug. 13 with a public defender.

Woah, to top it off, he shows up at the Oliver’s house? The town is small, and we attended the same high school. Their children were a few years older than me, but I knew who they were. Their daughter married a friend of my older brother.

IF this country is to survive, we MUST:
1. Close the borders.
2. Stop ALL visas.
3. Declare Mohammedanism a cult of hate and a terrorist organization.
4. Protoplasms like this Agnew character should be subjected to Apache justice.
Then we can get busy eliminating crime.
For the uninitiated, Apache justice is when the guilty party digs a pit deep enough so only his head is above ground. His hands are tied behind his back, placed in the pit and the dirt filled in. Then, the face is covered with honey and let the fire ants do the rest.

The current president has a little “D” after his name so the department of truth and fairness will be deem this a workplace ACCIDENT. You see, inasmuch as you can buy knives in a hardware store, this is clearly a matter for OSHA.
In fact there will need to be a “Blue Ribbon” committee created ( friends with new 6 figure salaried positions) to look into the dangers of pointy objects in hardware stores.
Look for new regulations and their new Tax implications sometime in the next few months.
Now if the President had a little “R” next to his name, this would definitely be TERRORISM, and the department of propaganda ( the MSM) ) would be screaming about it from the mountain tops.
