(b)But I would like to teach one trick to the SCOTUS. You know, the one where they get off their black-robèd rumps and trot over to hear an appeal on the issue ... on its merits.... and let us know exactly what a "natural born Citizen" is?
The trick the SCOTUS ponies have been pulling is .... by their own admission ... is to use mounds of ponyshiite to hide the issue so they can overlook it. However, it still smells bad.
Mr. Cruz had or has the option of Canadian, Cuban, or American citizenship. Mr. Obama has or had the option of British, Kenyan, Indonesian, or American citizenship.
My one trick? I need the SCOTUS to tell me how exactly this qualifies either of'em as a "natural born Citizen" as mandated by COTUS AII. Unless one is cashing a SCOTUS paycheck, one's opinion on the matter, as interesting and well researched as that opinion may be, is not constitutional law.
That goes for me, you, and Senator Cruz. No matter what one's particular opinion on the matter, I think all might agree that declaring one's self a "natural born Citizen" is not appropriate. Neither is declaring an opponent NOT a "natural born Citizen." That's why we have a SCOTUS.
BTW, my trick has nothing to do with the Obama pony. A little late in the day to teach that Mombasa MF any new tricks, ain't it?
Apparently it means shoot Cruz, a man who never robbed a bank, and has not declared he is running for the Presidency.
Try keeping the focus of your fringe constitutional interpretation on Barack Obama and you’ll have some credibility as supposed to the none you have now.
Seems to me you people ride Cruz twice as hard as Obama in order to prove how “fair” you are in applying your “no foreign parents” rule.

Black Letter Law Dummy!
There are TWO and only TWO forms of Citizenship in the U.S. Natural Born “Birthright” Citizenship or Naturalized Citizenship.
Since it is a fact that Cruz is a citizen (NO ONE disputes this fact) and he is NOT a naturalized citizen which requires a legal process of becoming a citizen, he is by process of elimination a Natural Born Citizen.
“How about this one birfer, say you have an American Mom who was a whore with no clue who her baby daddy is, she did a lot of guys including a bunch of Mexican illegals and African grad students.”
We should stick to the issues when attacking Obama!
