Michigan State University (MSU) officials will investigate anti-Republican comments award-winning professor William Penn was secretly recorded making to his literature class on Thursday, a school spokesman told Campus Reform Tuesday evening. “At MSU it is important the classroom environment is conducive to a free exchange of ideas and is respectful of the opinions of others,” Kent Cassella,an MSU spokesman wrote. “MSU is thankful we’ve been made aware of the situation,” he said, referring the secret video recording which was viewed by hundreds of individuals on Tuesday. “We will be looking into it,” he added.

All of them started out with lip service about wanting free and open discussions but immediately marginalized any kid who didn't tow the CTA line on every issue discussed.
Most kids recognized this and dutifully parroted the required points of view. Woe to the one or two who didn't.
I emailed each of the trustees and President of the university today. My daughter was planning on attending MSU. As long as he continues to be employed there, she will be choosing another school. No response yet...I won’t hold my breath.
And the MSU Alumni Association wonders why old, white, Republican LIVING alumni quit donating to them decades ago?!!!!
It would be nice if there was an online petition to get this fool fired.

Yeah, I read stories like that all the time skeeter. Makes me glad my kids were out of school before things got so bad, but I live in a conservative area of South Texas.
I know the colleges are pure liberal anymore and a kid needs a good moral background to survive it. Also know they often have to just ‘play’ along with the professors to get a passing grade. Training in ‘deception’ we could call it!
