Oops. The first number is the average of the others.
People pounding on Rand Paul should take note of his rankings. Anecdotal evidence is not always the best indicator of one’s bonafides.
Quick and I mean quick perusal, and I’ll tell you right now that Toomey is too high and Sessions too low.
My mind is on Jim Robinson.
What a joke. John Cornyn, the lead architect of Republican defeatism is listed near the top. This is the John Cornyn whose staffers were telling me that Arlen Specter was a reliable, hard-core, deep-red, true-blue conservative literally moments before he switched to the Democrat party.
“Quick and I mean quick perusal, and Ill tell you right now that Toomey is too high and Sessions too low.”
That’s because of the senators’ votes, not my numbers.
Oh, indeed, I realize that much!
God bless you.
Cornyn, like McConnell, votes very conservatively. They undermine conservatives behind the scenes but on the record, they’re all rah rah conservative. They’re very slimey.
MAKE DC LISTEN: TELL YOUR SENATORS, ESPECIALLY THE DEMOCRATS !

I hate all of the ones who are NOT 100% - 100%. There is no grey area. Either you are conservative or NOT!
Well, to be fair, the different agencies rate senators on different issues, which is why I created the average, to get a real feel of how conservative a senator is. But on that basis, you’re right, there are a number that are severely lacking!
John Cornyn isn’t even answering his DC phone anymore.
Murkowski and Begich. Really Alaska? Seriously?
Their voting record is a poor judgement of Conservatism. The criteria should be:
1) How many times they attack fellow Pubs
2) How many time do they reach across the aisle
3) How many times do they appear on Liberal TV talk shows
4) Do they believe in small gov’t
5) Do they support the illegals
6) Do they support protective classes
7) Are gov’t unions illegal
I appreciate you posting these phone numbers, but, for the most part, the Senate has decoupled from their constituents. We are now the butt of jokes to them, they probably humor each other with all of their ways they can be a power player in their absolute arrogance and superiority and assumed royalty and while they play their constituents.
What we need are the internal unpublished phone numbers to staffers. Surely this could be posted here somehow.
Fine, let them laugh. Our next list will be the "contribute to" list of the senators who are truly conservative, love their country AND answer their phones. My new hobby is utilizing my unlimited long distance phone account.
Since the ACU is the Grover Norquist/Islamic Terrorist/Illegal Alien Amnesty supporting liberal group....their ratings skewer some PhonyCons too high. Heritage and FreedomWorks (esp since running out Amnesty supporting Dick Armey) are credible
Here's the passage at issue:In the 1980s, the war caucus in Congress armed bin Laden and the mujaheddin in their fight with the Soviet Union. In fact, it was the official position of the State Department to support radical jihad against the Soviets. We all know how well that worked out.Let's leave aside for now the insulting, utterly asinine, sickening, inexcusable use of the phrase "war caucus" to describe those (including Reagan!) who supported the mujaheddin against the Soviets. That word choice alone is almost entirely disqualifying for its purveyor to ever be president.
Instead, let's just look at a little history here -- because the ignorance evident in this paragraph is truly astonishing. One would be hard pressed to find even a single historian, whether right, left, or center, who would argue anything other than that the Soviet failure in Afghanistan was not just a huge factor, but probably an essential one, in the Soviets' ultimate loss of the Cold War. Rand Slams Congress for Funding Egypt’s Generals:

Sen. Rand Paul is hammering his fellow senators for keeping billions in financial aid flowing to Egypt’s military — even as Cairo’s security forces massacre anti-government activists.
[by “anti-government activists” is meant church-burning jihadists]
