A HANDWRITTEN letter penned by a disgruntled grandfather has proven that not all old folk are out of touch when it comes to equality.
The letter was written in response to his daughter, who kicked out his grandson after coming out of the closet.
"I'm disappointed in you as a daughter," he wrote.
"You're correct that we have a 'shame in the family', but mistaken about what it is."
Though details are unclear of the incident, he writes "kicking Chad out of your home, simply because he told you he was gay is the real 'abomination' here.
"A parent disowning her child is what goes 'against nature'".

No bias here, huh?
Why is someone who does not accept the gay lifestyle considered 'out of touch'?
All gay, all the time. There is no other issue as far as the captive propaganda press is concerned.
I wonder if grandpa is Jerry Sandusky?
Probably fake.
It must have been the daughter who released the letter. Had she kept it a family issue, we would not know about it. I am sure the kid probably is on drugs too or worse. She did not share the other facts.
Yes, the details are pretty scant here. Their is a whole spectrum of possibilities of what really happened.
Disowning someone is really not that big of a deal, really. There is no such thing as personal property anymore, anyways... it ALL belongs to The State.
So did son move in with grandpa? They deserve each other.
“A parent disowning her child is what goes ‘against nature’”.
So Grandpa is going against nature TWICE: celebrating sodomy AND disowning his daughter.
I agree We don’t know the details—and the “Already captured Press”(Media) is sure to promote sodomy. However —some folk have a real problem wrapping their mind around the fact that I have a son who was led to “try”the homosexual lifestyle and
“Decide for himself” by his high school and by others who called themselves his “friends” He then wrote a paper in school claiming he could not change his “orientation “ even if he wanted to. Then ,later still, he “chased the bug” and contracted HIV/AIDS to “prove his love” for his current lover. .I Love my son—he is my son. I have Never and can never compromise my Christian beliefs to accommodate his chosen lifestyle. He knows and every one of his “friends” know I do not approve the lifestyle. They will either Repent of their sin and be reconciled to the Father -—or die in their sins receiving the recompense for their sin that is meet. But he is still my son. I will love him as my son as long as he is in this world. For only God knows if/when or Why my son my surrender to Gods will.
The old bastard was packin the young-un. The “Uncle Ernie” syndrome.
Grandpa criticizes his daughter for doing the “wrong thing”...
...and then Grandpa does the “wrong thing”.
Is that the story?
Sounds a like a plot for some sitcom on NBC.
I’m with you except that I believe the letter to be a hoax perpetrated by a sodomite.
Sounds made up to me.
You are living the Christian way: loving the sinner, hating the sin. I have already said a prayer for you this morning.
I did not detect any sign of celebration.
Then your detector is broken.
The word "celebrate" is a noun that means :
1. The act of observing a day or an event with ceremonies: commemoration, observance. See remember/forget.
2. The act of showing joyful satisfaction in an event: festivity, merrymaking, rejoicing, revel (often used in plural), revelry. See laughter.
3. A big, exuberant party: shindig, shindy. Slang bash, blast, blowout. See group, restraint/unrestraint, work/play.
4. A large or important social gathering: affair, festivity, fete, function, gala, occasion, party, soiree. Informal do. Slang bash. See group, work/play.
5. An expression of warm approval: acclaim, acclamation, applause, commendation, compliment, encomium, eulogy, kudos, laudation, panegyric, plaudit, praise. See praise/blame.
My detector, faulty or not, detected none of this.
