Ted Cruz Is Unstoppable
Poletical.com ^ | October 1st, 2013 | T. Carter

Ted Cruz has worked his way up the Republican chain, almost from nowhere. He has made a lot of enemies along the way, there is no doubt about that. No Republican in recent history has managed to cause such controversy and ruffle so many feathers. This could be the type of Republican that the GOP needs to shake off a decade worth of decline and division. America's left-wing media lapdogs may think the Tea Party has faded from conservatism, but they couldn't be more wrong. The Tea Party and Ted Cruz could deliver one of the biggest defeats in Democratic history by uniting the party's factions.

“The best three things that will when Cruz becomes president:”

Of what country? Canada? Cruz should not (I can't say “will” not because Obama did it) become president as he is ineligible to the office (Born in Canada). Does the constitution change when we are talking about a REPUBLICAN nominee?

If you support the constitution, (everyone should), then Cruz should not even run for president. Unless Barry was born in Kenya or Canada, Cruz is less eligible than Barry is. At least Obama has a forged birth certificate saying he was born in the USA. Cruz can't even claim that.

Cruz is a great guy. How about Senate majority leader? A VERY powerful position. How about any cabinet post he wants? Chief of staff? Why would he have to be “president” to be relevant?

If any of you REALLY want to know what you are talking about when it comes to NBC, you MUST read this comprehensive and definitive essay on the subject. It is very long, that’s why it’s “comprehensive”.

Many of the run-of-the-mill Repubs recognize his leadership and naturally want to follow him rather than Boehner/Graham, etc.

I do not note any bills he has passed, the House is who has defunded Obamacare and shut down the government.

Not a requirement for POTUS.

Conservative Leadership, on the other hand, is a requirement.

Senator Cruz has this characteristic in large quantities.

Much more, by far, than any other potential POTUS candidate in the GOP with the exception of Governor Palin.

Mr. Cruz has been there NINE MONTHS bud. Most people barely have any impact on a new job at that point.

And here we have Senator Cruz effectively stopping the roll-out of Obamacare, Obama's "Signature" achievement by leading the charge for defunding this socialized medicine nightmare.

We also have Senator Cruz leading, from the Senate, against the Amnesty platform of Rubio or anyone else's Amnesty program such as Rand Paul's Amnesty program.

In a message through Palin’s PAC on Tuesday, Cruz wrote: “We started out as underdogs in a long, competitive primary. But despite the odds being stacked against us, Governor Palin and SarahPAC showed daring leadership by endorsing my campaign. The Governor’s vision and the support of patriots like you helped transform my long-shot candidacy into victory on election night.”

“I would not be in the United States Senate today if it were not for Sarah Palin,” said Cruz

So are we ready for the Cruz-ades?? :-)

It’s going to be a colossal spiritual battle for Cruz. If he is going to get hanged for a goat, might as well get hanged for a sheep. He ought to think about tapping Sarah Palin, now a little wiser for the school of political hard knocks she’s been through. Two outspoken Christians and don’t be shy about it. Make it a feature.

They are going to TRY to do to him what they did to Palin, but it isn’t going to work. She got blindsided from the pukes in McCain’s election campaign. Ted won’t let that happen. He’s aware of what went down and is fearless.

“I do not note any bills he has passed”

I sure hope he hasn’t passed any bills in a Dem-led Senate. If he had, that would make him either a RINO or Marco Rubio. The best you can do in this type of environment is OBSTRUCT — as much as possible — all the bad legislation in that originates in that body.

Cruz is the brightest shining star of the new blood national conservatives. We are going to have to fight hard to save the republicans from throwing out another old bull rino as a candidate for POTUS in 2016. Another McCain or Romney could even lose to “At this point why does it matter Hillary Clinton.” If the Conservative base is not excited, a Democrat will win and that is the end of whatever is left of this once great nation.

It’s been so long since the ‘rats felt the push back of a true opponent, that they’re actually offended and even a little bit unhinged at the very existence of such a thing.

For their part, the RINOs in Congress are suddenly excruciatingly aware that this new arrival is showing the people just how deeply and completely they’ve compromised their supposed convictions, and how they’ve conspired with their enemies.

I’d like to think that Ted is also giving lesser known conservative stalwarts in Congress a boost of courage. He certainly seems to be having an effect on John Boehner, who’s displaying a level of courage none of us thought him capable of. Let us hope that he doesn’t relapse into his usual state.
