If this is true, why is this regime paying the National Prick Service overtime to BREAK THE LAW by barrycading and using the threat of force to deny American citizens access to their OWN parks and lands??? I thought the gubbermint was supposed to be shut down. The misbehaving NPS employees should be terminated. No retirement. No severance. Terminated for cause. If they object, file charges for deprivation of rights under color of authority. Prosecute as many as necessary to impress upon the goons that they are not above the law.

Led by Michigan Republican Rep. Bill Huizenga, they claim that Park Service Director Jonathan Jarvis is simply making up closure rules to punish the public during the government shut down
