"This is what is going to happen mark my words.... law enforcement and the media will be called in (already heard streets shutting down in DC) and they will portray this as a security risk to our president. Again they will press racism . Mark my words its coming. Damn them"

Sorry, I disagree. This is a simple case of a Wounded Warrior just moving a 3 foot gate to the side. NO ONE is going to mess with a wounded Veteran for such a small gesture. Not the Park Police; not the DC Police; not the Park Rangers. No one is going to man-handle a legless Veteran. They know that would be the start of shit that blows up in their face. Plus, I believe most are okay with it. Many of those police agencies around DC are Veterans.

Not to sound opportunist, but I would love for more of these Wounded Warriors expand on civil disobedience. They have right on their side. Think if they got organized.

If the authorities arrested and/or man-handled just one injured Veteran for simply moving a gate or standing his/her ground and got arrested or hassled, I would fly out to DC ASAP to make my point, as would thousands. It would get very ugly for Obambi and his fellow Marxists. They couldn't handle the bad public relations know matter how they and the MSM try to spin/parse it.

Neil, maybe we should start a new organization for Wounded Veterans who are fed up with this dictatorial government. Sure there are thousands out there. Think what they could accomplish. Who would fight against them if they had a strong clear message?

Motto and/or name could be:

Warriors for Rights;
Wounded Veterans for Constitutional Rights;
We Fought Against Foreign Tyranny. We Will Fight Against Domestic Tyranny.;
We Sacrificed. Are You Willing?;
We Fought For Others. We Will Now Fight For Our Home!;
As a Wounded Veteran, My Oath is Forever!;

Again, not trying to exploit our wounded warriors, but just think if we could get them to understand how their own Fedgov has used them and tries to forget them. They could be a powerful force.

Griff Jenkins and Peter Ducey were there this morning. I haven’t seen any stories on Fox yet but I just got back from the WWII memorial a little while ago.

This picture is priceless.

I have printed it out and put it up where I can see it all the time.

When you get the vets angry, expect results.

You will be sorely mistaken if you think the cops are on your side.

And to think that their are idiots here that wring their hands over polls and hang on every word said by some MSM hack.

I’ve seen some on this website crying that the GOP candidates need to be more “centerist” in regards to abortion rights and gun control.

This IS a Conservative website, right? At least that’s what I gleaned from reading the message from the founder on the main page.

Can someone paste this picture next to the picture of Obama at the golf course with one leg in the air? He's grinning like he's having a good ole' time.

And he probably was....

"You will be sorely mistaken if you think the cops are on your side."

I didn't say on my side. I said on a wounded Veterans' side, whether an individual or an organization. No cop wants to be seen man-handling a Vet without legs, arms, jaws, or whatever their injuries. It would be a PR nightmare for whatever police department and go all the way up to Mayor.

Any cop that did so, without threat to his person (think video phones), would be either fired or reduced to evidence cage duty to never bother citizens again.

While I still believe there are good cops, I know well they are getting more bold in their tactics and power trips. I read it almost every day where they break into the wrong home and/or shoot some poor little dog for no or little reason. I get what you're saying. I'm just saying our physically disabled Vets have more power than they realize.

The down side of my assertion is that maybe those wounded Vets believe they've done their duty and want no further involvement so they can live their lives the best they can with their injuries. I could be completely wrong, but I think it's worth a try to organize them.
