I’m sure you did and I just beat you to it, lol. I hope you are feeling better Luv. I had rotator cuff surgery about 5 years ago after almost a year of painful physical therapy and it was a real blessing. My shoulder had frozen and I couldn’t raise my left arm above my head (not good for a drummer). After the surgery I was back at work the next day in a sling and recovered super fast. They also vacuumed out all the painful Subacromial bursitis. It was my first surgery at the VA and the follow-up physical therapy was a breeze. I BELIEVE you’ll get well soon.
