WASHINGTON — House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said that Democrats would not run only on Obamacare in 2014, but the election would be primarily about the budget and jobs.
“Yes they could have done a better job of describing it,” Pelosi said of the White House messaging on the law. “No, they didn’t hurt us for 2014.”

I believe the term Mrs. Pelosi's nervously selected choice of words is "vamping".
The election (from the Dems' perspective) will be about blames, excuses, scare tactics, giveaways, ballot fraud, malignant (and false) accusations of GOP candidates, and a careful, purposeful, constant, and tightly controlled steering of news events.
