Paul Franklin Crouch, co-founder of Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), is dead at age 79, reported his grandson Brandon Crouch on Saturday.
"Today, my grandfather, #PaulCrouchSr went home to be with Jesus in heaven. Thank you for your prayers…" Brandon Crouch tweeted.
TBN's official Facebook page later released the announcement about Crouch's death: "Dr Paul F Crouch passed into the presence of the Lord on November 30, 2013. We are grateful for the life of this amazing servant of God. Please pray for the Crouch family during this time. #paulcrouch #tbn"

So you think Christianity is about Sabbaths and rituals?
“Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.” (Colossians 2:16-17)
I recommend a careful and prayerful reading of that entire chapter.
If you read the verse you just quoted carefully in context, you will see that the Colossians were being persecuted for following Torah to the letter, and Paul was encouraging them not to be swayed by the pagans among which they lived.
Yeshua said to follow his commandments, do you think that the Colossians should have heeded the mockery?
Benny Hinn once told people to set their dead relatives in front of their television with their hands on the top of the sets, and Benny would bless them so they would go to Heaven. Benny did mention that his offer would not work in the United States.
This is the stuff TBN is built upon.
We are freed from the shadows, Friend. All those Old Testament feasts and holy days pointed to Christ.

Would you have them follow local Helenistic paths over those of Yehova?
The spring feasts predicted the ministry of Yeshua, which he fulfilled, and the Fall feasts predict his triumphal return in power, and detail the events from the revealing of the man of sin, to the resurrection of the elect, to the Marriage supper of the Lamb, and the return to Earth to rule with him.
The feasts are practice runs on that which is to come, so that we can be “Wise Virgins” knowing how and when to be ready.

Salvation is a matter of the heart.
That’s OK; gossip is all you have apparently brought to us. Your desire to mash them over the head has made you very light on concrete facts. And allegations? Anyone can allege anything. I wouldn’t be surprised if people envied them.
Matthew 5:
[17] Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
[18] For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
[19] Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Some will be happy to get there by the skin of their teeth.

On the cross, Christ said It Is Finished.
Segue to New Testament, new covenant, new rules.
No one will get in by the skin of their teeth or through their obedience. Not one. Scripture is clear on this.
“Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.” (Romans 3:20)
Salvation is all about grace.
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)

Not in the scriptures, no new rules, since new rules would have violated Torah that Yeshua promised would not be violated.
Had Yeshua changed Torah, he would have broken Torah, and would not have been a sinless sacrifice.
Facts and logic defeat you roll-your-own-gospel freaks every time.
Grace only allows you to come to Yeshua, which opportunity is a gift. Through Faith we can be saved, if and only if we “endure to the end.”
Grace is not the license to sin that the hyper-dispys think it is.
How classy of you. Fruit of the Spirit and all that right?
No one but the Lord knows where Paul Crouch went, BUT they took grannies grocery money and spent it on hairdos, wigs, jets, and mansions.
I don’t care how they started. They became corrupted. Do I think they were all PHONIES? You betcha! I don’t care how many countries TBN reaches. They were and are greedy SOBs.

Faith in and of itself doesn’t save. It’s the object of faith who saves.
I believe Scripture teaches that grace keeps a born again man in the faith. “And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.” (Philippians 1:6)
And finally, I’m not a dispy, hyper or otherwise, and I certainly do not believe grace is a license to sin. As Paul said in Romans 6 “God forbid.”
“What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? 2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?”
As our luck would have it, some of the thousands who sent their hard earned dollars to these grifters have also found their way to Free Republic. One of the hardest thing to do is to persuade a person (or oneself) that he’s been had!
A twisted simulacrum of “facts and logic” — more like a beggared fleshly effort. God says “let us reason together” and follows that with a bold promise to erase sin... and we say no God, that’s impossible, no God it has to work THIS way... and God is in heaven groaning at how we cannot receive His precious gift because we are too proud, we want to tell God that we earned it! And so the gospel gets edited and surveyed... hint, hint, hint....
So many folks get all tied up in a “gospel of no” and forget the gospel of yes. Then when the gospel of yes folks come around, the “gospel of no” folks want to know why we aren’t so tightly bound to their legalisms that keep them supposedly on the straight and narrow, but which actually bind their minds from even seeing what the gospel of yes is about.
I don’t know much if anything about these people, so I’ll just say God have mercy on His soul, and I hope he knew Christ. Also, condolences to the wife. But I just do not, and never will, understand the pink hair.
She had cancer a few times has NO HAIR... so she buys it..
and does it with bravado... you know like many black women do..
