Those poor brit Whites are poor because they are low-IQ. They are low-IQ because their parents are stupid and keep them stupid.
The most obvious correlation is
father at home = students meeting standards

I think it should go to Thomas Sowell, because he personally debunks the myth that if you're Black, you must either be dependent on government handouts, or a race baiting politician, to be successful.
Almost like 'learned helplessness' - only much worse. Sowell's on to something important here... Are parents in England rewarded with extra 'welfare' for having children who are 'out of control'?
Most people are finally wising up to the fact that different peoples of the world have varying levels of hard-wired intelligence. And since the differences are quite uneven, some groups with many people on the left side of bell curve are going to have problems. But differences occur between the “races” as well. Caucasians from Asia don’t score as high as Caucasians from Europe. Certain Asians don’t score as high as other Asians. This does not mean that everybody from the lower-scoring ethnicities cannot compete in the modern world, it just means many of them will have a tougher time of it.

Mr. Sowell points out something much worse, in my opinion, than the economic destruction ultimately wrought by socialism. Socialism, aka wealth redistribution, destroys human potential. It creates dependency and lives of low expectations rather than inspiring people to rise to the best of their God-given abilities. Who knows what these poor children might have achieved?
This is also why I claim socialists are downright evil. Oh, I don’t doubt they believe they’re doing good, but a person who is always handed a crutch never learns to walk. Socialists penalize success and subsidize failure.

I mean everybody knows that blacks are mentally inferior to whites and Asians. Just read The Bell Curve which proves beyond the shadow of doubt that this is true.

The native born whites at the bottom in England have probably been near the bottom for a few centuries. This might be evidence of the role of genetics, and that, regrettably, those at the lower end of intelligence gradually settle at the lower end of societal success and remain there.
Also, be careful how you interpret the Bell Curve. The researchers who wrote the book stated that the mean for Blacks was half a standard deviation below the mean for Whites. However, that still means a fair number of Blacks in the right hand end of the Bell Curve, above the mean for Whites.
My thought is this: Perhaps the whites who are eligible for free meals are eligible because they come from parents of lower intelligence, while perhaps the blacks who are eligible come from parents who are simply lazy.
In other words, this study could be flawed in using eligibility for benefits as a criteria. Different people are eligible for benefits for different reasons, some by circumstance and some by design.
