Kind of a non sequitur...If you want yet another reason to be married to the woman who is bearing your child, I know someone who got his casual girlfriend pregnant. She insisted on naming the baby "Edgar." Might be OK for a person of color, but not if you're white, blue collar, middle America. When he suggested they name him something that not get him beat up on the playground, she was highly offended. And over his objections, she named that poor child Edgar.
