The last so called shut down never happened, it was a paid vacation!!
Not only does this pre-empt future shutdowns but it also pre-empts multiple inner party (GOP) fights over whether to hold another one.
After last year and all the Dems gloating it be nice to see Dems get a whipping.
Listening to Mark Levin last week complain that GOP will win some seats in 2014, after doing nothing to deserve it, (not enough shutdowns???), he sounded quite unhappy about it.
