Don’t the cigarette makers hire lawyers creative enough to push past this? This ruling is ridiculous and should not stand. Are the tobacco corporations just going to take this? I don’t even smoke anymore due to sinus problems, but I defend the right of others to of course be able to use an E-Cig. I’ve never even seen one of these, but my granddaughter tells me they smell. One of her teachers uses them during the schoolday. I asked her if she was sure she wasn’t smelling the regular cigarettes her teacher smokes when school’s not in session. SHe wasn’t sure. Anybody know?

They look nothing like cigarettes. The only thing they have in common is the tubular shape. They are easily distinguishable from cigarettes.
