After the long awaited and highly approved reversal of Phil Robertson’s suspension, it seems that not everyone is happy. Members of a gay rights group are demanding the Phil Robertson speak to the people he’s “hurt” and look them in the eye.

The country of America is a magical place full of people ready to be offended and members of GLAAD (Gay & Lesbians Alliance Against Defamation) are setting out to prove just that. In the land of double standards, members of the homosexual organization are making it clear that they have been offended for what they believe in while persecuting the TV star for what he believes in .
GLAAD released a statement saying:
“Phil Robertson should look African American and gay people in the eyes and hear about the hurtful impact of praising Jim Crow laws and comparing gay people to terrorists.”
went on to say:
“If dialogue with Phil is not part of next steps then A+E has chosen profits over African American and gay people – especially its employees and viewers.”
It appears as if the majority of Duck Dynasty, and supporters of recent events, seem to favor Phil Robertson’s belief on homosexuality, or at least his right to express those beliefs. So now because the minority has lost, they are setting out to whine about it.
In order to prolong the incident that is protected under the Constitution and deemed legal under any standard, gays want as much publicity as possible. And in effort to make it happen, instead of going home and licking their wounds, they continue their unsupported cry for attention.
We already know that most of you support Phil Robertson’s comments, but what do you think about GLAAD’s newest demands?

How ‘bout the “gays” apologize for getting “married” at what used to be a family-friendly event/parade? The “gays” are the minority, they just happen to be a RICH minority with big mouths.
Gay men can construct a fantasy world if they want - the general public is under no obligation to help them maintain it.
Phil should just ignore them and listen to the joyful sound of their heads exploding , don’t let this go on and on and on

Excuse me folks - how is referring to pre-ENTITLEMENT times a supposed reference to the superiority of pre-CIVIL RIGHTS times?
Indeed - Phil simply accurately quoted the Word of God.
Gotta problem with what God says, take it up with Him.
“He said the blacks he knew were happier then than they are now enslaved to the federal welfare tit.”
He didn’t even say that. He never said “happier.”
It’s clear when you look at the GQ article that Phil’s quote was prompted by some question from the reporter, Magary. In the article, though, the quote just hangs there with zero context.
If you imagine that Magary said, “Phil...you worked in the cotton fields during segregation. Before welfare and entitlement...how did the black folks in the south appear to you? Did you ever see anyone mistreated?”
Then you read his quote....
It falls into place. But Magary gave no context.
He is free despite their terrorist-like efforts to steal his, and all of our, free-speech
Yeah, let us know what he says to that.

My gay nephew told some of the biggest lies against my wife that I’ve ever heard. He doesn’t even know her. He’s met her twice.
Is it common that gay people are normally liars?
This false accusation would make one guess so.
