Kerry should be asking other countries to accept American justice, not the other way around.
How’s about we don’t call him a Mexican.
He’s a man, who took the life of a LEO.

Someone had better come up with a conservative news channel, or a significant part of the population is going to be indoctrinated.
How about a FREE REPUBLIC forum in Spanish?
But only in 1 out of 100 instances. In 2013, there were 16 executions. In the 90's, when most of those now being executed committed their crimes, an average of 1600 homicides occurred per year.
100% deterrent too. This killer will NEVER take another life. Therefore, Capital Punishment is 100% effective in the deterrent effect it has.
I thought we were supposed to treat illegals just like US citizens. When it suits them, they want to be treated like foreigners.
1994? And of course it’s taken 20 years. Why even call it the death penalty? 20 years from now anyone can die, it’s 20 freakin’ years. They should call it “people who should be dead blowing through taxpayer cash so liberals feel good about themselves”

Tamayo's execution had been scheduled for 6 p.m. CST Wednesday for the 1994 slaying of Guy Gaddis, 24. The state still could execute Tamayo before midnight if the Supreme Court rules in its favor
Earlier Wednesday, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals denied a stay of execution
