Really? We are so weak that I can’t even imagine the United States accomplishing something like Interment Camps. Today Japanese Camps would never happen.

Yep. Justice Scalia is one very brilliant man.

I’m sure that he is also aware that we can also have another 19 April, 1775 moment too.

Yea, they just won’t call them “internment camps”.

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia warned the University of Hawaii law school the Supreme Court will eventually authorize wartime abuse of civil rights like internment camps.

I am sure they will. I think most of us have expected this. I don't think they can do this, without a major gun grab first. Since I think many will resist, it could get bloody.

Why not? They already allow, hell PROMOTE, slavery (40%+ income taxes) vs. 4th, 5th, 13th...

What matters of a ‘little inconvenience’ of detention in the War on Poverty/Drugs/Terror/etc.... /semi-s

Those who gather and present information are willing to
consistently believe the lies of one side and never the truth of
the other. I’d say anything is possible.

” internment camps “

I read that as FEMA Camps.
