BREAKING: Yellowstone’s Supervolcano Belly Rumbling
A Sheep No More ^ | 2/3/14 | Andrew Pontbriand

Posted on 02/04/2014 8:24:36 PM PST by Mike Darancette

A seismometer inside a borehole at Yellowstone National Park has begun reporting staggering underground activity near the southwest corner of Yellowstone Lake, possibly signaling the beginning of an eruption of the Super Volcano at the Yellowstone National Park

Yellowstone National Park is home to many beauties, with it’s ancient landscape, geysers, and hot springs. It is also the site of one of the worlds most destructive forces. A supervolcano.

God’s wrath for America cannot sleep forever. We don’t know if this is part of it, but honestly, don’t we deserve to be destroyed as a country? We’ve murdered more children than the Hittites ever did, and they are no more.

Bring it.

I’m ready to start over.

Just picked $1,000 rounds of Previ .308 and a bunch of Schirroco 30-06.

Looks like the seismic activity ended 4am MST on 4/2.

Yes it could....like wipe out half of the US.
It is nothing to be made fun of, as I see many FReepers doing.

Oh great. Activity there (earthquake swarms & stuff) comes & goes, so hopefully, it’s just that. Indonesia is rockin & rollin. I saw that they’d just posted alerts for 19 volcanoes there, so I’ve just come from Erik Klemetti’s blog & Volcano Cafe. No one had mentioned Yellowstone yet. And there’s the one in Ecuador going off pretty good.

I know it’s supposedly just because of the internet, but seismic activity sure seems to me to have ramped up since 2004. Most of it is not anywhere near fracking or drilling of any kind.

good news... those pesky winter storms and polar vortices will be gone for a while. Along with most of the Global Warming Alarmists.

Son of a gun, I hope it doesn’t explode. I’ve got plans for this weekend and I just can’t change them.

Well, the USGS says the status is green, so no worries.

Are we in a safe zone here? I thought it was SE Texas.
Grow lights might not be a bad investment, either.

"staggering underground activity"

Yup - looked it up on USGS, and there it was - nothing!

we live about 300miles from Mt St Helen....when she blew, we got completely blacked out here and volcanic ash covered everything...

I can only imagine what something 2000x stronger could do....

we can laugh about it...but it is serious....basically, there is nothing we can do about it anyway...

Yes, I have read scenarios that it going all the way to the east cost.
Whatever, Yellowstone is nothing to make fun of.
It would be even worse then the Obumbo faux presidency.
