Yeah, and the majority of the stuff in their collections sits in drawers and cupboards, never to be seen by the public. At least this guy allowed schools and groups in to view his collection.

I agree wholeheartedly with your statements. Sadly, I suspect your ideas are far too commonsensical and far too efficient to ever be considered by the bureaucrats in academia or government.
