Because Barack Hussein Ceaușescu needs to have his goons do something evil.
The guy refuses to pay grazing fees to the federal government because he claims the BLM has no authority over the land...a view no court shares or has ever shared. If you don’t pay the rent and don’t pay the rent and don’t pay the rent...you eventually get evicted.
I have no sympathy for someone who grazes cattle on public land and refuses to pay for his grazing, just as I would have no sympathy for someone who did that on private land.
Well, if someone were using your land for 25 years without your permission, the government would use "adverse possession" to give your land to them.
But I guess it's different when it's government land being used.
I was under the impression the land had been in his family for generations. I’ve been wrong before... might be this time...
“Well, if someone were using your land for 25 years without your permission, the government would use “adverse possession” to give your land to them.”
And that is something you would advocate as the right and honorable thing to do? I wouldn’t.
They need to fact the fact didn’t own the land and haven’t paid the rent since 1993.
They didn’t ever own the land and stopped paying the rent in 1993.

Yes we can, or they were Renoized and vaporized. Now, I do not know exactly what the ins and outs of the issue are. All I am referring to, is the way the government deals with the people. The government would just as soon kill people as look at them.
Obama needs to clear the land so he can give it back to Mexico.
According to court documents, “As this court previously ruled in United States v. Bundy, Case No. CV-S-98-531-JBR (RJJ), 1998 U.S. Dist. (D. Nev. Nov. 4, 1998), “the public lands in Nevada are the property of the United States because the United States has held title to those public lands since 1848, when Mexico ceded the land to the United States.”
The court case can be read here:
Not in Nevada.
Nevada is a 'color of title' state. To gain title to land by adverse possession, you must have a document purporting to convey title that has the appearance of good and valid title to property, but which actually conveys no title (a) because the grantor didn't hold title or (b) there is a defect in the conveyance document.
You can't obtain title simply by using another's land.
The grazing fees were instituted in 1934 under the Taylor Grazing Act. The enviro-nazis had nothing to do with the establishment of grazing fees.
Sorry, but I had a front row seat to it in the 70s in Utah.
Unfortunately knew the people pushing increased fees on the enviro side, rather strongly disagree with them now. The intent was quite plainly to push ranchers off the land (evil cow murderers tearing up the land as it was put).
Think that was one of the points I began to walk backwards from that whole scene.
Won’t say much more then that.
So what. Someone should resist. Used to be free. Then the Enviros got involved and agitated for the fees to drive the ranchers off the land.Wait a second. Environmentalists got involved and agitated for the fees...in 1934? That's how long grazing fees have been around.
> And when do the Feds shoot the wife?
They’re waiting until she picks up a baby, so they can get a two-fer shot.
Thanks... interesting.
And just remembah JawJuh boyz...Hayduke Lives
Well good, do you own a home with a private well? You may not own that if EPA has their way with water rights they’re working on at this moment. If you have an abundance of water you may have to share that with your neighbor. Oh, and they may not have to pay you “rent”if it’s deemed public. You may have paid to have the well drilled, but no matter, you have more than you need.
The government is taking land in every state. Expanding the borders of parks and reserves is what happening with the “Land Trust Management” that has offices in every state. They promise you lower taxes and protected lands if you “donate” your land to the trust. This is put on your deed and cannot be changed. It’s for the birds and indigenous plants and animals. It’s mission creep. They take it slowly, one property at a time
