Caveat: I heard most of the show; I was at the library for a short time, though. However, to my knowledge, Rush NEVER mentioned the Bundy incident. I was really disappointed. That political operatives photoshop photos is not new nor worthy of the amount of time spent on it today. Neither is the libs' "war on women". I have to agree with another poster. Rush doesn't seem to be at the top of his game. He's not up on some issues that are hot topics and of interest to his "bread and butter". Us. The overreach and heavy-handedness of the government, especially, when we've had a blatant display like the one over the weekend is what's important to us TODAY. It's all well and good that Friday is set aside for callers to talk about what's of interest to us, but if a host doesn't hold OUR attention, it doesn't matter what's of interest to him because no one will hear his opinions.
Yeah, I’m pretty disappointed in Rush. This was a fight for liberty and freedom against an out-of-control corrupt government. This should be right up his alley.
I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt that his show prep people did not check this out but who knows. It is really a great story of one person standing up to that corrupt government and others joining in to help.
You have, the most powerful person in the Senate, who’s son brokered a sweet, way below market price, deal for the Chicoms to build solor power plants on the land. You have the head of BLM, who was Harry Reid’s former senior advisor, who’s BLM threatened to shoot innocent Americans. How can this not be major corruption and abuse of power? Despite that, liberty and freedom won out, at least for now.
I thoroughly believe the feds gave up and this was shut down before more people found out, the most powerful man in the Senate and his cronies, have their footprints all over this.

A few seemed to be sympathetic but their lawyer side quickly informed us he had not a legal leg to stand on, and should pay the millions or whatever he owes.
Rush did not mention Nevada, for whatever reason, and that is a disappointment.

Works both ways I guess. It just seems a useless waste of bandwidth to have the spelling police and grammar cops constantly re posting and complaining.
We have posters with disabilities, English as a second and third language, then we have auto spell check, which I firmly believe changes some of my words after I hit the post button, then there all the mobile devices which bring in a whole new problem.
The point is, if you understand the persons point, why cloud the issue by pointing out how stupid he or she is, by correcting their writings?

I heard over the week end that many of the cattle were what they called feral cattle. But if Bundy is the only Rancher grazing his cattle there, what need is there for branding?

Branding I.D.’s your cattle. If you round up a cow with another ranches brand, you return it. If you round up a calf with no brand, you can assume it’s from your herd.
Then you brand it.
