Hello beachn4fun!

HUGS back at ya! :)

Well, life is life, up and down, however it’s that way for most of us.

Weather is staying fickle - dark, rainy and cold. I have a feeling in my old bones this may be our weather for this summer. UGH :-(
You stay warm on the beach.

Hanging on....that’s me today.

MORE computer problems after the program we use refused to accept my password, again and again and again.

The password is the SAME as the logon to the computer. Would it work? NO!!

2 days in a row, the first 2 hours wasted because of the computer. GRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!

How cool that you have your “own” hummingbird that visits.

Enjoy your porch time. My Mom likes to sit in her chair at the front window and just enjoy the world going by.

We need rain to help with bad fires to the south. The wind is blowing smoke here and lots of coughing.

Print out that cartoon and take it to work to put up next to your desk.

The computer tech will get the message.

Yeah, just scaled back quite abit due to the finances...we did pick up a new sponsor that I posted a thread about, help spread the word! Trying to get back out more...we’ve made some changes to the car and haven’t been able to get out a whole lot since we finished.
Thanks for the “welcome back”!

I’m here M-F, in lurking mode, lamenting what the Canteen has become. Remember when we had the place rockin’?

Hi tomkow6,

Very well do I remember the rockin’ Canteen. Here we are now silent for the most part and lurking.

We did a lot of zany, fun stuff.

Remember we had the car race and Tonk got his wagon stuck in the mud?

I don’t know what ate at the foundation of friendship. The love and support for our troops is/was the basis for the Canteen.
