Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel introduced a proposal Wednesday that would require all gun sales in the city to be videotaped, as part of a plan to allow gun stores back in Chicago under very tight restrictions.
The measure, which would also ban gun stores near schools and parks, was introduced Wednesday at a city council meeting without discussion. It was then referred to the council’s Public Safety Committee.
A vote on the proposal has not been scheduled. …

Seems appropriate one should be required to purchase in the nude for identification purposes as well.
In Chicago, all politician sales should be videotaped.
This task will be hard to do since likely 80% of guns bought and sold in Chicago are on the black market.....

I would actually like to see videotaping of the part where the prospective voter declares he is the person named on the voting role, under penalty of perjury.
And if thereafter it is shown that the person who voted was NOT the named registered person, then his face goes directly from video record to "Wanted" poster.
I would love for voting in the big cities to be videotaped.
Then we can compare the number of people who actually voted to the number of votes tallied.
There would be no more of this 110% voting nonsense.
There is not one gun store in the city of Chicago since they banned them.
Yet the murder rate is 2 times that of LA and three times that of New York.
I don't think sales of guns is your problem as your Poll number are going down as you brought Chicago back to the Capone days.

He doesn’t want gun stores near schools or parks? I guess schools and parks don’t want the competition from gun sales.
Capone days?? I’d feel safer with Al Capone then with today’s criminals.
Yes, and they will also set up video stations in the inner city, to tape violent criminals buying illegal guns out of the trunks of criminals’ cars.
As I’ve said a million times, liberals want to take guns from the hands of honest, non-violent people and deliberately leave them in the hands of violent criminals.
Deliberately and intentionally, with full knowledge and awareness.

It also seems to assume that gang bangers legitimately buy their guns in Chicago gun stores—and then they go bad.
