Just read on another thread that Greene County should go big for Chris..just starting reporting.
So if Cochran wins with Democrat support and he is now a bit beholden to the left, who could still hold their noses to vote for him in November?
I guess we are just asking for too much “purity” to expect that GOP leaders not be beholden to Democrats and use Democrats to win primary elections. lol.
This is Uniparty stuff
Coastals are all in. Jackson went for McDaniel. Harrison and Hancock went for Cochran.
Which is why we need a new party...to stop these shenanigans.
bump
Greene should go for Chris by a big margin
T. Cochran (i) 50.7% 84,156
C. McDaniel 47.6% 79,062
Cochran lead back on the shrink.

Thomas Carey | 2,377 | 2% | |

Wish knew about how many votes left..hope enough to push Cochran under 50%
Bump.
Bump.
I also think Jones and Forrest counties will be important.
Should be downhill for Cochran from this point on, the question is if it will be enough to get him under 50

I agree Geronl
Had Cochran not pulled out that dirty trick to get cross over Rat votes
I might have held my nose.
However, because he reached out to RATS to save him in the primary,
let the RATS save him in the general.
On Politico, just scroll down
Hinds still not 100% in, only 76%. Wonder if they’re saving until last minute..wouldn’t surprise me.
>> urban areas seem to be going for Cochran, less urban to McDaniel <<
Not exactly. McD is strongest in the southern half of the state, which is his homeland, except for the Gulf Coast — the latter being still very grateful to Cochran for all the billions he got the state after Hurricane Katrina.
In the meantime, Cochran seems strongest from the Jackson metro area and northwards, except for DeSoto County — the latter being part of the Memphis TN metro area.
FR Mail.
Nailbiter. Shouldn’t even be close.
MS SHOULD be sending Coch-ran packing....easily.
