Selective enforcement of laws is just another name for tyranny.
What the Senate does or does not do is not the issue. If they are still on control they will not convict. But as a matter of principle I think they need to go thru the procedure. Then the onus falls on the democrat controlled Senate who if they vote in party unity show they dont give a damn about the Republic,

Then why do we feel compelled to follow the “law”? Apparently it is only selectively enforced, when it’s convenient to them and on a whim.

I think I saw a poll this week that claimed that roughly a third of our citizens think Obama is doing a great job. Not adequate.....great.
Why would anyone think that? In what area is he doing great?
What would motivate someone to say he’s doing great?
How do we change that person’s opinion of Obama?
There was a far more serious crime committed in Syria via Libya: arming a named enemy, an affiliate of Al-Quaida with MANPAD shoulder fired anti-aircraft missiles capable of taking down American commercial aircraft. That is giving direct aid and comfort to an enemy of the United States, named as such in US Law. There would have to be more than two witnesses to this event. That is why the Democrats go apoplectic when anyone mentions Benghazi.
The main problem, is also that the GOP wants this power when they take control. So they have no motivation to 'take' back the powers used by him.
All of them? Including those who have tried to hold him accountable? Really?

I have yet to see Cruz or Lee support any form of impeachment. They are complicit of such unconstitutional actions.
Between now and January, 2015 when the new Congress is seated can we get 22 Senate Democrats to turn on Obama to get to the required 67 “Guilty” votes in a Senate impeachment trial? And can we hold the Senate RINOs on an impeachment trial “Guilty” verdict?

Bergdahl, the cracker mock-up of Osama bin Ladin, played back-up singer, with his bismallah. As he praised his satanic deity in front of what once was our White House, he dedicated the site for islam in perpetuity.
And, of course, the loyal toadies in the media broadcast the ceremony all over the world, so that the islamonazis would get the word. I am sure that there was much ululation and the passing out of sweets in the ME on that night.
