This is binary. Either the agencies are all out of control and Obama should be impeached for incompetence and deriliction or the agencies are acting under his authority and he should be impeached for High Crimes.
In either case the fact that the GOP has for years covered for this crap and refuses to prosecute or impeach anyone shows that America is already gone and we simply refuse to admit it.

Do they think anyone, other than their minions, would believe anything about this email story? Is there anyone less believable than the IRS Commissioner today? I found it especially hilarious when he tried to justify 7 crashes out of 82 being in line with industry standards.
It doesn’t take a tinfoil hat to believe that losing IRS.gov emails because an individual’s hard drive crashed is a sign of conspiracy. All it takes is common sense and integrity.
