I think we’re going to see a big drop in the turn-out of the “OK, I’ll hold my nose and vote” bloc.

Inquiring minds want to know.
Exactly what animal did you and Cochran have sex with, Karl?

Yes. It’s the smell of my preferred candidate winning. It’s a better smell than losing.

Now it's the smell of ozone in the morning.

Sitting it out would be more honorable.

Half as effective but still can get the point across. I understand that Cochran's Dem opponent is supposed to be pro-gun and pro-life. That increases his tolerability to me.

I think that is the salient question.

I get leery now of any Democrat promising such things.

Fair enough (see Manchin, Casey Jr.). On the other hand having at least one such Dem could be useful in the same way that the lefty Republicans are useful tools for the Dems. Mississippi MIGHT be a place where such could happen.

Well, well, well...a BOGUS conservative poster (OldRanchHand) posts some old (November 2013) propaganda from a FAUX conservative website (a mislabled propaganda arm of the Mississippi RINOs) dedicated to destroying Chris McDaniel and other REAL CONSERVATIVES.

And this old garbage is posted in late June 2014 -— I wonder why?

Personally I think it is terrible that they can find out who you voted for or even if you voted at all. I think it should ALWAYS be confidential and actually after 2 election cycles all paperwork should be destroyed. I mean what was normal in 1988 when I first began voting may not be so much in 2014. For example, I voted for George H Bush for President in 1988.....however, because he was not the most conservative on the ticket at the time, if I were to run for something they could say that against me and say I was not conservative because I didn’t vote for such and such because he was more conservative the George Bush. Farfetched? Not in today’s political environment. Quite frankly it is nobody’s business who I voted for in 1988 or 2012 for that matter.

Trying to shame away the McDaniel challenge to the Cochran campaign shenanigans by drawing a deeply questionable moral equivalence. McDaniel’s challenge isn’t even about the ethics of the campaign (which itself stunk), it’s about the raw legality. Were enough of these twice-voters in the primaries to cast doubt on the outcome?
