D’Souza Warns: Hillary Is Not Bill
National Review -- The Corner ^ | 7-6-14 | Tim Cavenaugh

Posted on 07/07/2014 3:51:34 AM PDT by afraidfortherepublic

Filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza and Georgetown University professor of sociology Michael Eric Dyson argued Sunday over Hillary Clinton’s connection to Saul Alinsky, with D’Souza saying Clinton is steeped in Alinsky’s ideas and Dyson saying she barely retained any of the radical left-wing theorist’s ideas.

“A lot of people think Hillary is like Bill; they go, ‘We kinda want Billary back in the White House,’” D’Souza said in an appearance on ABC’s This Week alongside Dyson, who appears in D’Souza’s new film, America: Imagine a World Without Her. But D’Souza pointed out that — in sharp contrast to Bill Clinton’s flexible and occasionally pro-market ideology — Hillary’s political thinking was formed by Rules for Radicals author Alinsky, whom she met in high school and about whom she wrote her college thesis.

But Dyson — author of Why I Love Black Women and a perfervid supporter of the Obama administration who has called Attorney General Eric Holder “the chief law giver of the United States so to speak” and “the Moses of our time” — responded with a prolix defense of the former first lady, secretary of state, and U.S. senator.

“Here’s the reality,” Dyson said. “Yes, she has interpreted and interpolated Alinsky. But she is not, given the suspicions of Mr. D’Souza, somebody who’s trying to bring down American government. She’s trying to make that rare act of a politician in public, to bring ideas to bear upon the forces that prevail that help the nation become its best self and to work against the demons that are bespeaking, if you will, a negative impact on America. So Alinsky, in terms of his impact on Obama and Hillary Clinton, I’m sure the Alinskyites would say it’s barely discernible now, in their political lives.”

Although she started the appearance by saying D’Souza had “conspiracy theory,” This Week host Martha Raddatz concluded, “It’s a very interesting movie; everybody should go see it.”

Saw it yesterday. We already know the stuff he said. It’s the low information idiots that need to see it, and they won’t.

Why can't these highly-educated, tenured, radical intellectuals form a coherent sentence with rational content?

Dyson is the ideal of today's pseudo academic (pseudo in the sense that he's in one of the 'soft' fields, in his case sociology) - he talks a lot, exercises his thirty-dollar word vocabulary, if you will, and says absolutely nothing and makes no sense. But as a black man who does seem to be coherent, he's got a great gig.

It's the newspeak.

And the Content-Free Sentence Generator. Dyson must have an early model: his grammar is a little borked. The upgraded version produces sentences that diagram perfectly but have no meaning at all.

Satan is the father of lies and a murderer. People who follow him are also liars and the first person they lie to is themselves, in the things they all themselves to believe are truth and false.

I had a fellow business executive tell me that when someone will lie to you, they will also steal from you. Hillary wants to steal everything we own so she can rearrange society. In that regard not only do socialists presume the right to take your property, they do so under the cover of a big lie: that society will be more “just” when “inequities” are eliminated by government, a government they are in charge of.

Fools and useful idiots cheer them on and then are slackjawed when their own lives are not improved.

In the wake of the chaos that socialism causes, not only do people die resisting government tyranny, but they die because government will not perform its core functions, one of which is protecting the innocent.

In other news, ABC carried the following headline this morning: “More Than 60 Shot, 9 Dead in Chicago’s Holiday Weekend.”

“not trying to bring down American government”

Just trying to destroy the Constitution and CONTROL the government and the people.

The Dyson quot reminds me of the old joke: a 50 cent word from a nickel mouth.

Ditto!!! Every American should see the D’Souza movie, “America”!!! Saw it yesterday, playing to a jam packed theater in south Florida!!! The regret I have, is that we shoudl have gone to theater earlier. We had to sit in the first two rows, just about on top of the screen. However.....the movie wa sterrific, informative and right on point from beginning to end!!! Thank you Dinesh D’Souza!!!

My take since I saw Hillary in Seattle when we shut down her health care gauntlet:

Hillary has an agenda.
Bill just wants to get laid.

Saw it, loved it, but wanted more of it! I was hopeful leaving the theater in that it reminded me how great this country is, despite the vermin infesting the government, media, education and other high places. It was amazing how much information is left out of our text books- things we were never taught. The film should be required viewing for middle school, high school and college students.
