This illegal invasion that is being purposefully pushed by obama is a slow motion WAR against our Country.

That is the best description of the current mess I have read so far. I will put your line to good use.

"Ma'am, did you ever just nail that...and that is why many people wouldn't vote for him."

Thank you, my FRiend. But I have to play it straight. After much prayer about whether I should vote for Romney, and receiving a strong message that I shouldn't, I got scared after Benghazi and did it anyway.

Yep, I asked God for guidance and then disregarded it. As a result, the day after the election, when I went to pray, I didn't feel Him there.

Things are better now, two years later, but still not completely right, so I'm trying to work on it. But I learned a hard lesson about calling oneself a Christian while supporting Godless values. Never again.

The 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus radicals (psycho spoiled brats), et al stirred up many a riot in the 1960s. And they have had control of the Democratic Party since the 1970s.

If they were willing to inflict death and destruction in response to an election (2000 Florida Gore - Bush) they will definitely do it in repsonse to impeachment.

Frum's "Gore Speaks" 19 Nov., 2002 column However it appears that NR has deleted/moved the column. Here's another source.

KARENNA GORE: [Ms Gore describes the "right wing" crowd outside screaming things like "get out of Vice President Cheney's house"] And my whole attitude was, like, "We've got to fight back harder. And where are our crowds?" And my dad, I'll never forget his response. He said, "We have to do what's best for the country, and it is not good for the country to have this kind of divisiveness.["] And he was on the phone, really calling off the dogs. There were people who wanted to fan the … the flames of the racial issue and have real unrest. And he was on the phone asking them not to, because of what was best for the country not because of what was best for him politically. And that's really who he is.

[Her father Al Gore] was on the phone, really calling off the dogs. There were people who wanted to fan the … the flames of the racial issue and have real unrest. And he was on the phone asking them not to . . . .

Yeah, I’m sorry but I have to disagree with Sarah as well.

Its not that I’m anti-Palin....quite the opposite. I think she’s great and although I’m not one that thinks she could ever win national public office such as the presidency(although I’d love to see her run for US Senate sometime). Most of the time I think her commentary is spot on.

But I just dont see the value in impeachment. We WONT get the votes. Wont. No matter what. If a video surfaced of Obama as the “real killer” of Ron Goldman and Nicole Simpson, there would be zero democrats that would vote to convict, and several Rinos who likely wouldn’t either. **COUGH MCCAIN COUGH***

So, then what would we gain from impeachment? We’d get to hear some good soldiers make some speeches we’d like, but the result would be another round of the media saying how the radical right is off on the lunatic fringe again, hating St.Barack solely because he’s black. Impeachment without the votes to convict would be the epitome of symbolism over substance.

So what then? Whats my “better solution”? Well friends, I dont think there is one if we are talking about voting. The fix is in. The leeches are too many. Half the country gets a government check, and they aren’t going to vote to cut their own meal ticket. To make matters worse, dear Leader along with the willing dupes in the GOP, are trying to get 11-?? million more leeches the ability to stay. Once they get that, the drumbeat will begin for them to be able to vote.

Sooner or later, we’re going to have to separate or descend into the quagmire. It probably wont be pretty. There is no convincing leeches to stop sucking. You can’t talk them off the government teet. Whats worse, this bunch of leeches for the most part thinks they are owed and entitled, due to sins of the past or wars over territory that happened 150 years ago or whatever. Ted Cruz, as much as I love him, isn’t going to make a good enough speech on the Senate floor to convince the bloodsuckers to let go, and these people and their elected representatives know that Barack Obama is the figurehead of their attachment to the host. You dont use parliamentary procedure to get rid of parasites. You pull them off and toss them away.

“You pull them off and toss them away.”

Then step on them or burn them to make sure they don’t come back or multiply.

Exactly. I mean, I really think that far too many on our side are still living in a delusion, that the old methods will still work.

Impeach now. Stop talking about it and do it. It’s only about 5 years later than it should have been.

The House could vote out a Bill of Impeachment but it would take guilty votes from at least 22 Democrats in the Senate to remove Obama from office and install Joe Biden.
And then there are also the Senate RINOs. Ten Republicans even voted Clinton not guilty of perjury.

I tend to agree.

My liberal co-workers are giddy about the idea of impeachment; they’re convinced that we’ll see moocher voters riled-up by an impeachment trial.

So you would consider it to be “justice” if Barry is found “Not Guilty” in his Senate trial, just like ol’ Billy “Bubba” Clinton-Lewinsky?
Impeachment is a political process. The “Not Guilty” verdict in Clinton’s Senate trial allowed him to end his second term with the highest job approval rating of any president since Kennedy and set the stage for his wife’s current escapades toward “Clinton, the Sequel.”

The questions asked above are many and all showing the destruction to America. We know that and yet we are not rioting in the streets, in fact most shrug and give it no more thought. God help us. We had the best life in this world and we did not appreciate it or guard it. These days it is criticized. Welfare has not taught anyone how to work and support their own life. It is and was planned to indenture people to their welfare. It WORKED;

Satan is in charge and control of this world. We are agreeing with Satan's view more every day. Where is our faith, action and prayers for God to have mercy on America and forgive us our carelessness, and the following of Thy Will and praying for our sins and thy GRACE?

Forgive us LORD. Without Thee we can do nothing!

Boehner is saying that immigration reform will likely pass next year.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Too little! Too late!!
We already are far from the nation we were 5 years ago. Changes are now at the end of a pen or phone. A whim of the President.
God help America. We beseech thee to forgive us our sins and help us to serve Thee in Truth, in Jesus name, amen.
I’ve been thinking about this “word salad” to quote a PDS’r for the last couple of days. I’ve made no secret of my opposition to impeachment as a strategery because of my belief that it has almost zero chance of succeeding. However, SP has come out for it forcefully and that of course is going to get me to start to rethink it, and more importantly, try to glean the subtler intent.
I think the biggest clue here other than the stress on the bipartisan nature of what’s happening, is the first sentence reference to an abusive marriage. If you read that sentence a couple of times, you come to realize that it’s not the language of removal from office, or firing, or prosecution. It’s the language of divorce. But divorce from what?
It’s been no secret that SP has been deeply critical of uniparty cronyism. Now, if you’re a very astute political player, and you realize that you have to organize a national political movement from an entrenched one party system, you’re going to have to peel off the support from that one party to accomplish that. You need a wedge. And we might have just seen that wedge driven home.
The uniparty desperately wants cheap labor and amnesty and by forcing the impeachment issue on the gop wing of the uniparty, you do two things: you separate the lambs from the goats, and in effect you deliver a poison pill. The gop wing of the uniparty loses any which way it goes on this. If they support impeachment you win that battle but fire up the opposition as a result. If they go against it they lose their base. If they do nothing, they appear to be conniving cowards. For someone who is looking to start a competing movement or party, it’s a win/win/win.
The timing provides another clue. Why start the calls for impeachment now? Why not wait until after the midterms? There is the argument that you hit the iron when it’s hot. But also if your ultimate objective is to replace the gop faction or peel off its supporters, then the timing is close to perfect. The argument against 2nd parties has always been that they can’t win. Well what good is a gop faction that can’t win anyway?
In sum, I’m thinking that the subtler intent here may be to give birth to a second political party.
Recently posted on FR, General Patton pegged politicians long ago:
"Politicians are the lowest form of life on earth. Liberal Democrats are the lowest form of politicians."
Impeachment? Would it be the same all over again?
If you ever want to vote again, you might not want to know what went on behind the scenes in the Capitol Hill meat grinder leading up to and during the impeachment proceedings against William Jefferson Clinton.... Lies, cowardice, hypocrisy, cynicism, amorality, butt-covering--these were the squalid political body parts that, squeezed through the political processor, combined to make a mockery of the impeachment process.
…And so he names names--of Republican senators who refused to allow evidence on the floor, of the five Democratic congressmen who never examined the evidence, of the GOP senator who said, "You're not going to dump this garbage on us," and also of the politicians who did an honest job, or at least asked reasonable questions (such as Joseph Lieberman). Schippers also reveals the evidence he was building against the Clinton administration regarding illegal INS actions and Chinagate, but that he was forced to drop. He reviews the successful struggle to get a full hearing in the House and the "flat-out rigged ball game" in the Senate...
