Wait, it's OK, the other day one of Obama's ventriloquist dummies on CSPAN told a caller(who suggested micro-chips)that ankle bracelets might be issued.

I laughed when the caller also mentioned to just house them in the FEMA camps as a test case....it went right over her head...though she assured him that FEMA was already participating in humanitarian relief(LOL)
