Under what legal authority does the Federal Govt., at taxpayers expense, relocate illegal aliens in non-border states?

Or, does it any longer matter if it is legal?

I have contacted my congressman, a republican good guy, to see if any illegals are being resettled in my state. I have not hear back. So, I presume he doesn’t know either

This is one You start with your city, county, state and then fed. Not the other way around. Cities have to prevent them from coming their, then the states. Feds are the last on the chain.

That is a very valuable link. In theory, if the Feds have plans for storing any illegal aliens in your state, your State Refugee Coordinator would know about it. Whether or not they are willing to spill the beans is another topic.
