Syracuse, N.Y. -- Two were taken to a nearby hospital with dog bite wounds after they were attacked by a pit bull this morning.
Elizabeth Whitehead, of 211 Pattison St., has been taking care of her son's dog, Chaos, since he's been in jail.

The boy had bites on his thigh...how close to femoral artery? Lucky the neighborhood survived the latest predator attack. Love how the story doesn’t match up. Blaming children for this? It was on a leash but it chased the neighbor onto his porch?

Never had this problem with my lab. Never had a son in jail for robbery, but I do have a bitch of an ex wife.
That’s a lot of blood all over the front steps.
One comment says that the woman of the house is probably collecting welfare as a single mom, and that her “ex” leaves the house once a month when the welfare folks come around to check. Sheer speculation, but it seems likely enough.

Every day in Albany one of the local weatherman has a segment showing dogs up for adoption.I estimate that well over 60% of those offered are pit bulls or a mixture of pits and some other breed, “Pitties” he call them.
It’s their dog. You bet it’s their fault.
I hear that shelters are full of pit bulls and pit bull mixes and chihuahuas. That's why I don't recommend people get a dog from a shelter; or if they do, wait until they get what they really want.
Grew up in Syracuse and environs, was a wonderful place back in the forties and fifties. Syracuse is now 30% Black, Buffalo is 39% Black and Rochester 42% Black. My sister still live in Syracuse city, won’t move, and the houses are selling for about 60% of what they do in Albany NY which is about 60% of what they sell for around Boston.
Things are not so good in Democrat New York.
If you really want an upstate NY shock, go to Niagara Falls. The US side is a black welfare pit, with liquor stores all over the main street. Across the border on the Canadian side, it’s like Disneyland. Beautiful parks, well kept, etc.
Chaos, jail. Pretty much tells the whole story. Doggie is a trained killer.
