I’ve watched/listened to that recording about a dozen times now.
My main take-away is: those a-holes need to freaking enunciate better. Giving me a headache trying to understand them.

Appreciate you taking the time to listen to that recording....I’ve considered that it could have been coupled together as well, since it’s an audio....there is so much propaganda, and masters out there doing just that.
I also noted it trailed off while the last guy was talking...so it’s not complete as posted on you tube.
Never the less it’s interesting to hear that.....and could be factual after all.
