There is no conclusion as the evidence isn’t there yet...further Kiev Military has these armaments as well...so until they know ‘what hit the plane’ and ‘by whom’ you are simply speculating based on floating rumors and propaganda flooding the MSM and otherwise currently.
I’ve watched/listened to that recording about a dozen times now.
My main take-away is: those a-holes need to freaking enunciate better. Giving me a headache trying to understand them.
no evidence other then they’ve shot down several planes, claimed they shot down this one, and posted video of it.
so yeah, i guess you need to wait for them to knock on your door and present you with a full explanation.

Not so sure the UN Security Council can do more than investigate or put pressure on Ukraine Gov. to stop the fighting. Which has been called for by the international Community for weeks now.
Unfortunatley even in cease fire arrangements Kiev continued with it’s bombardments....and apparently others (Oligarchs who want this to continue) as well.
Regardless of what the UN determines...Poroshenko has lost control of his army and country...and has since he took office. So who’s to stop it????
I don’t think for a minute those in the East will put down their weapons...and US backed Kiev Gov. won’t either. May be a fight to the finish and that may not end for years at the rate it’s going now.
I think mentioned before....Ukraine is not a nation that does more than survive the next takeover and the corruption which follows til the next round. And whomever is Pres. doesn’t roll over for outsiders...even Poroshenko.

That guy will go out with a blaze of glory or die trying. I give him credit for his steadfastness but I’m not at all convinced Russia has control over him....
But if he says not need for cease fire...probably because the Anti-Kiev forces have an advantage now, and did throughout this week, that he’s not going to let go of at this point.
Moscow has no jurisdiction and removing those items from an active crime scene is a violation of international law. Furthermore the black boxes will provide little, if any, helpful data. Any routing conversations would have been shared with ATC along the flight path and the moment of missile impact would have caused failure in aircraft systems monitoring.
But, again, let’s let the experts examine the boxes and not cart them off to a (SUPPOSEDLY (heavy sarcasm)) un-involved third-party nation.
Appreciate you taking the time to listen to that recording....I’ve considered that it could have been coupled together as well, since it’s an audio....there is so much propaganda, and masters out there doing just that.
I also noted it trailed off while the last guy was talking...so it’s not complete as posted on you tube.
Never the less it’s interesting to hear that.....and could be factual after all.

Why so many boxes? I hadn’t realized there were so many on a plane as so often referred as THE black box in past events.
Good you listened to that video...it’s “no longer existing”...been scrubbed.
What a horrible, crappy, day it’s been, and I didn’t know anyone on the plane (that I know of). I’m going to bed and I’ll try to be grateful that none of my 9 flights in the next 3 weeks go anywhere near a former Soviet Republic or the ME.

FYI, Kiev Junta has an entire army in the area, surrounded and without ammo and fuel, like Egyptian Third army in Yom Kippur war.
Like always, ask the question: WHO gains? It's not the rebels, it's not Russia.
There are three remaining suspects left: Junta, local oligarchs and international oligarchs.
Those missiles are not fired without codes the rebels had to have gotten the codes from Russia....Putin again...war criminal.
