"... why doesnt she go on strike and menstruate every day of the month? If she has the courage of her convictions, that should be no problem right?"
---------------------->
Every dang day she should wear white pants, appropriately red stained.
We need to see the power of her convictions, dontcha' know.

i have been married 23 yrs or somewhere close(i lose count) :/ for as long as i remember i have been buying tampons for my wife and 20 yr old daughter, i don’t see the big deal. im forever getting the text to “stop and get tampons on your way home from work” don’t bother me a bit. As a matter of fact i have gotten numerous compliments (if you wanna call them that) at different stores about buying them. some like “my husband would never buy those” or “wow you really buy those for your wife, i wish my husband would” i mean they know it’s not MY period! i don’t see the big deal really. just my 2c

Feminists have tried to elevate the female genitalia to cult worship status, with ludicrous results.
Some of these idiots think that tampons and sanitary pads aren’t “green” enough, so they use washable/reusable things. They come in all kinds of colors and prints (as if it matters).
I went to the website where they’re sold and wrote a glowing “review” of the product. I said I was a Wiccan who believed in the absolute sacredness of the monthly female flow because it made me as “one” with the tides of the sea. I must have gone over the top, because the review was removed. ;)

Professor Fahs encourages her female students to "out themselves" as menstruating by simply telling people when they are menstruating. Aren't you special. Where do I send the trophy?

Response. Thanx. Already smelled it

I’ve been buying female sanitary products for 46 years. So what ? I call this “consideration and cooperation”.
This “professor” needs to be immediately fired and her department abolished.

A hunting buddy went into town and bought tampons to use for dispensing liquid scents to cover human odors and to attract game.
He commented that he got a nasty look from the female cashier because he must have been a miserable husband for
purchasing the cheapest bulk tampons.

As a generalized principle, it works like this: The left gets a set of academics installed who then become "the experts in the field." Those "experts" then publish papers reflecting the direction they wish to push laws and regulations. Then somebody, detailing the supposedly remedial measures usually involving a massive bureaucracy. They put up someone horribly injured by the state of affairs who sues the government, usually in Federal court. The complicit bureaucrats then show up arm-in-arm with the plaintiff lawyers with a consent decree with the academics assured to stay in clover with consulting jobs. It doesn't matter if it's "gay rights" or "the environment," it works the same way. Of course, these rulings and the regulations pursuant to them then become "law" that has never once seen the inside of a capitol building.
So, in this case one must go to packing the regents to fix this mess. Given tenure, the best way to accomplish the layoff is to ax whole programs, particularly when there is no obvious tangible benefit.

"
".....simply saying "I am menstruating today" can "radically upset discourses of silence..." Well. duh. They are trying not to laugh. No one uses that word except for health teachers and gender activists. Period. Rag. Buddy. Aunt Flo and a million others.
Although I do like the idea "Need a Tampon, take a tampon." It would have come in handy a few times back in the day.
