A Russian activist group used a racist laser show to send President Barack Obama a sardonic “happy birthday” message on Monday, with the U.S. Embassy in Moscow serving as the display’s unwilling backdrop. The projection depicted a party hat-clad Obama swallowing a banana.

Well, fried to a crisp is too much, but it wasn’t a classy joke for sure. Still funny.
I’m going to go out on a limb here, and say it is more “homophobic” than “racist”.
Not that it can’t be both, of course...

I saw no “racism” in it. What I saw was offensive to all self-respecting bananas.
