Whenever you get into a dispute with the feral government, the feral government always wins.

In this case the dispute is with Blue Cross over an incorrectly entered DOB for the mother. BC is blaming Xerox who was the contractor who “built” the web based marketplace.
Xerox was fired in May for incompetence.

What a mess.
