Evidently the first kid took the officer’s gun and discharged it.
So at some point, it appears this was not an unarmed kid.
Lots of “In yo face” going around these days. Thanks Barry!!! You did a great job “uniting” us! @$$hole!!!!
I can't say who is right at this point.

This is the DOJ’s only duty - to look for racism under every rock.
We don’t even know the identity of the policeman and already this guy has it all wrapped up. Maybe he should be the next FBI director.
“This is the DOJs only duty - to look for racism under every rock.”
You mean, except when a Rabbi was gunned down walking to a shul in Miami this week — a shul that has recently been painted with Nazi symbols — that get a “no evidence of hate crime” pronouncement immediately.
Killing Jews is apparently OK with Eric Holder.
Content of Character, content of Character. Where have I heard that before?
We are once again seeing the complete lack of character and moral fiber.
“What this means is that any use of deadly force is reasonable if the subjective perceptions of the officer lead him to believe he is threatened, and courts have traditionally been disinclined to second-guess those actions. “
Feminize the ranks and you necessarily feminize the rules of conduct. Men, to be held or seen as men traditionally or historically are held to standards and have responsibility to them. Deadly force used to require a deadly threat.
Damn! No more stores to loot!
I went over and read what he had to say. I’m willing to listen to the guy. I will say I can see some problems with what took place. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this officer wind up in trouble.
I will say that the street in question is a very large street. Someone walking down it at night is risking a lot because they may not be seen by a tired driver.
Just because a witness is willing to give their name and have their face out there, it’s no proof they have decent motives. This guy could just as easily be a guy with an axe to grind. Who knows.
I don’t seen a fence there. The officer was said to have shot the kid trying to go over a fence.
This is still playing out. Perhaps we’ll get more information as it does.
it's a shame that the world has lost an aspiring music promoter or rap artist....
Is there ANY ‘good’ reason to be wearing a ski mask on a summer night in St. Louis? It certainly wasn’t needed to prevent frostbite and it risks heatstroke.
Things are heating up just in time for the mid term elections, just as planned.
“The officer was said to have shot the kid trying to go over a fence.”
No, I think the one that was hopping the fence was the case in the 60s that the standard he’s talking about was based on, not the recent incident.
Thank you for that correction. I believe you’re right. My mistake.
I guess this second shooting means “Oh goodie another couple of weeks where we can ransack and steal Ole whitie’s
merchandize.
