Tiffany Mitchell On Witnessing Michael Brown Shooting: Police 'Showed No Kind Of Remorse'
The Huffington Post ^ | August 14, 2014 | Paige Lavender

Posted on 08/14/2014 4:59:53 AM PDT by Uncle Chip

Tiffany Mitchell, a woman who says she witnessed a police officer shoot and kill Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, shared her story during an appearance on CNN with her attorney Wednesday night.

Mitchell said she was driving when she saw Brown trying to pull away from an officer as the two were "tussling through a window."

She said she had hoped to get a video because the incident "just didn't look right," but failed to get her camera out in time.

"I didn't know exactly what was going on, but I knew it didn't look right for someone to be wrestling with the police through the police window, but I didn't get a video because a shot was fired through the window, so I tried to get out of the way," Mitchell said.

Mitchell then described what she saw happen between Brown and the police officer.

"As I pull onto the side, the kid, he finally gets away, he starts running. As he runs the police get out of his vehicle and he follows behind him, shooting," Mitchell said.

"And the kid's body jerked as if he was hit from behind, and he turns around and puts his hands up like this, and the cop continued to fire until he just dropped down to the ground and his face just smacks the concrete."

Mitchell clarified she heard a shot after she saw Brown trying to pull away from the cop, and said even after Brown turned to face the cop and put his hands in the air, "the cop continued to come up on him and shoot him until he fell down to the ground."

She said she counted "more than about five or six shots."

Granted, Crystal Scott wasn’t a cop, but look at all the MSM/agenda driven race baiters, got right out in front with a “false” narrative. The dead guy was being tried in the media with media and social media saying he deserved it. Almost two years later the family is still waiting for Justice and Crystal has been living her life. MSM was quoting what her: attorney, NAACP, Quannell X, “the victim Crystal” and according to the MSM and social media, that account was gospel and no trial needed. I want to hear the evidence, not the social media/MSM story.

I don’t like a police state, but if a cop told me to get out of the road, I’d move it. Heck, I have had two BAD experiences with two different cops in the Phx PD, at Sky Harbor Airport. Really nasty. One was the same “skin color” as me, the other was the same sex, but she was “tinted”. I didn’t deserve their crap, but I did what they said. I did ask them and plead my ignorance on the parking (i had a minor i was picking up at the aiport and it was LATE and pitch dark. i was concerned for her safety and both Officers didn’t give a crap about that, my parking “too long” in the pick up zone pissed them off. I didn’t get in their face though.

Exactly — and yet it is so hard to believe that a cop would do that in broad daylight and think he could get away with it.

But he covers himself with the department afterwards by claiming that there was a struggle for the gun.

The department had better have done a good job with the DNA and fingerprint evidence.

That’s not evidence. That’s hearsay. Or gossip, as it is commonly called.

You’ve never been charged with a single *misdemeanor*,let alone four *felonies*??? Good grief! You ain’t living. Not even trying.

I've had a reasonably happy, eventful and satisfying life.I can't say that I feel cheated in any way because of my having refrained from various illegal/immoral/stupid acts over the years.

Where is St Ann?

According to google maps it's a suburb of St Louis that's about 8 miles from Ferguson.

If the door was open why were they seen (second witness) tussling through the window? If the door was opened (intentionally or not, being intentionally to hurt them or non-intentionally to talk to them so the officer could get out of the car), if the door was open, why tussle through the window? How can a cop grab a guy (or why the hell would he want to?) through a window? A cop can’t arrest a guy through a window and If, IF a shot was fired in the car, it might make sense that the cop did that because he was on the losing end of a fight. Not saying THAT was called for, back up could have taken care of that or if they have automatic windows, raise it and let the guy get stuck.

It’s possible he opened the door to talk (or to hit with door) and the deceased slammed shut the door, which would require a warning to the deceased, you just don’t do that), but I’m not buying that the Cop in a seat with limited mobility and not being safe for either him, the deceased or the public, and a guy that big, that a cop with one or two arms, in a seat, dragged this guy into the window. Unless demonstrated by a 6’4” 300 lb guy, with a cop of the same height/weight/strength of the shooting cop and the same Police vehicle, will I believe that part. Make NO sense. The shooting in the back, that far away, makes NO sense, even if the guy assaulted the cop, back up could have solved the problem of arresting him for assault. That he was shot like that, if correct, was NOT Good nor called for.

I wasn't aware that a trial was underway and she had testified under oath?
