Exclusive: Friend Of Officer Darren Wilson Speaks Out On Shooting Of Mike Brown

“Josie,” a friend of Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson, called into The Dana Loesch Radio Show today. Josie gave Officer Wilson’s side of the story.

Here’s the transcript:

“He pulled up ahead of them. And then he got a call-in that there was a strong-arm robbery. And, they gave a description. And, he’s looking at them and they got something in their hands and it looks like it could be what, you know those cigars or whatever. So he goes in reverse back to them. Tries to get out of his car. They slam his door shut violently. I think he said Michael did. And, then he opened the car again. He tried to get out. He stands up.

And then Michael just bum-rushes him and shoves him back into his car. Punches him in the face and them Darren grabs for his gun. Michael grabbed for the gun. At one point he got the gun entirely turned against his hip. And he shoves it away. And the gun goes off.

Well, then Michael takes off and gets to be about 35 feet away. And, Darren’s first protocol is to pursue. So, he stands up and yells, “Freeze!” Michael and his friend turn around. And Michael taunts him… And then all the sudden he just started bumrushing him. He just started coming at him full speed. And, so he just started shooting. And, he just kept coming. And, so he really thinks he was on something.”

Because, as has been explained repeatedly here, they are looking at an avalanche of lawsuits, and are facing trial-by-media. They have to be very, very careful about what they say, because even the most trivial errors will be blown out of proportion by the race hustlers and their sycophantic allies in the media.

At this point, they will have a very good idea of the truth. If, as I strongly suspect, the forensic evidence backs up the officer’s account, and completely discredits the “very credible” eyewitnesses’, then they have plenty of time to make their case.

You are blaming the PD for the rioting and looting. Of all the people potentially at fault, they are at the bottom of the list. It is the primarily the fault of the race pimps, the media, the useful idiots upon whom they depend, and, unfortunately, the good intentions of naive people. Well below that, if it even makes the list, is the police department.

The police’s job, at this point, is to conduct a fair and objective inquiry. That means — don’t rush. Their secondary “job” is to protect themselves against the onslaught. That means — don’t say anything until you are 100% certain that it can be backed up in court, because that, unfortunately, is where this headed. The race pimps smell free money, and the only thing that can get between a race pimp and their money is, occasionally, a microphone.

It is not their job to prevent riots caused by the manipulations of others. What is more, it is incompatible with their actual job, which is to protect where possible, and clean up the mess where it isn’t.

Want to go fishing with all our firearms in tow or chasing little white balls? or should we go to one of those green patches and find out what our putter looks like in one of those holes? LOL ... I like pictures and video. If we go fishing we can film the boat sinking and all our firearms being lost for later evidence.

Let’s take an alternate hypothetical...
What if the initial reports were different?”
All of the day 1 day 2 reports have colored our responses.

Let’s step back... and try a different story.
Local PD has an open broadcast on a strong arm robbery. A few short minutes later a local patrol officer encounters two young men walking in the street and directs them to get out of the road and use the sidewalk. As he starts to drive away, he realizes one fits the BOLO. He’s not 100% certain, and the call is not armed robbery or armed and dangerous, so he doesn’t call for immediate backup. He goes back to check young men, giving them some benefit of the doubt until he’s investigated further. The officer backs up and stops to question them, calling out to them to step over to the vehicle. One rushes his truck as he’s standing up. The officer is pinned between the door and the truck taking blows. He reacts by reaching through the open window with his right hand to engage the suspect. The suspect then reaches for the officer’s gun, and in the course of protecting his weapon a round is fired. The suspect reacts to the shot by stepping back and then decides to run. The injured officer pursues. The weapon is at this point already drawn and in the hand of the officer from his successful defense of that same weapon during the scuffle. The suspect is not in particularly good shape and knows he won’t make it far. He hears the call to halt close behind him, and he knows the officer is going to catch him. He then stops, turns, raises his hands, and starts to taunt the officer that he can’t shoot an unarmed man. The suspect then lowers his head and rushes the officer again. The officer fires multiple shots at the aggressively charging suspect, who is unfortunately mortally wounded.

Again, I’m not saying I know for a fact this is what happened, but some of the witness, friend, and family reports support this story just as easily as the “execution on his knees while pleading for his life“ story gleaned from other witness, friend, and family reports that have been published.

The story above sounds a lot like a righteous shoot.
The stories in the media narrative point to a rogue racist cop.

As in most cases, the truth is probably somewhere in the middle, but the more evidence that comes to light, the less this is looking like a cop with an itchy trigger finger and a taste for innocent blood.

Glad you could understand it !

At 4:00 the phone holder said “I heard the shot and knew something was going on cos it’s too early in the day”

The background chatter wasn’t at all clear to me.

Qt was burned down because those are the folks who turned in the robbery
The robbery wasn't at the QT. The police report says it was at W Florissant Ave and Ferguson Ave. That maps out to Ferguson Market & Liquor

I hope this blows up I the race baiter’s faces!

Now that obama / holder sent their guys to investigate, I worry evidence will be lost or tainted or God knows what else they will do. Have they done blood work for drugs yet and who will do it? The left wants division especially leading up to the election. They have no conscience and will destroy a person or people's lives to gain or keep power.

I bet there's a story behind why the police held back info and then came out with it. Imagine knowing holder or obamas people will take over and wondering if the truth will really get out and if a cop, who the police really believe was doing the best he could under the circumstance, will be collateral damage to keep the senate. These people are evil.

As in most cases, the truth is probably somewhere in the middle ...

What you said is spot on, except for that part. The truth is probably that one of the accounts is correct, and the others false. And in this case, the most likely scenario is that the officer's account given here (assuming it is his actual account) is the true one, and the others were a mixture of mis-perceptions and outright lies. Maybe not, but I doubt it is going to be any more "in the middle" than the Trayvon Martin case was. Usually in these cases someone is lying, and someone is telling the truth.

I still want to know how Wilson passed Brown without knowing about the robbery and suspect description and then found out about it. In order to fit the timeline we know about from the police reports, Wilson had to have been looking at dispatch information on his laptop because he couldn’t have heard the radio call after he’d already passed Brown.

Are you sure that is a gang sign? Looks like he got something out of his nose and is trying to flick it off his finger. By the way. Thank you democratic party for giving us a sub-culture of Americans one opposable thumb above animals. Next you can destroy the hispanic family and you’ll always be in control.

Even after the “gentle giant” was shown to be a strongarm robber, even after the revelation that he attacked a cop, CNN and MSNBC are still blaming the police.

You’ll find some of that on FR, too. There’s been a coordinated effort to stir up hatred against the police the past few years.

This cop had 6 years — 2 in Jennings and 4 in Ferguson — all primarily black areas — without any incidents.

It will be very hard for anyone with a brain to paint him as racist.

Whether what he did was according to police protocol is another matter — failing to call for backup and wait for it will no doubt be part of it.

Know your thoughts are sincere. Have to believe though that too many agencies are involved for the race baiters to win this one. I might be wrong and the race baiters will win but they might be already defeated with the information releases. At least I hope so. Not hearing anything about protests tonight. Heard anything? Have been checking here only.

He couldn’t have unless time runs backwards.

The PC was quite clear that the robbery had nothing to do with the shooting and he had no suspicion that Brown might be the suspect when he stopped him.

That is the most likely scenario. Is there a problem with that? Remember, that this isn't his testimony, so minor errors may just be miscommunication between an officer, and someone not very familiar with procedure. He pulls ahead, feels they are behaving suspiciously, checks his laptop, and returns. Depending upon how that was worded to the friend, it could have just as easily been misunderstood as "received a call-in". In other words, Wilson may have said something relatively ambiguous like "... and then I learned about the robbery", which the friend interpreted to mean "and then I got a call-in about the robbery". I just don't see a big problem here.

I don’t have any proof of this but have a vague memory of something I heard yesterday.

Is it possible that they offered Dorian Johnson immunity? He has admitted that he and Michael robbed the store of the cigars. Does that mean that he MAY provide evidence for the prosecution as the first and initial witness.

I’m trying to find a very short comment from yesterday that Dorrian was under protection.
