You ought to see this video first. This is the dash cam footage from the patrol car that pulled over Travis County D.A., Rosemary Lehmberg for DWI.

Here is the booking video when she was taken into custody.
TRAVIS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY LEHMBERG'S BOOKING FOOTAGE KOKE FM 042113
Rick Perry thought her to be a disgrace, and wanted her to resign. She didn’t. So he took the next step and threatened to veto funding for her office. In response, a grand jury handed down an abuse of power indictment for coercive use of a veto late this afternoon. So the woman who was belligerent and intoxicated stays, Rick Perry is the bad guy and needs to go. Right. Got it.
Update: In case you want to give Lehmberg the benefit of the doubt, here is what her blood alcohol level was at the time of her arrest and booking, according to her attorney, David Sheppard.
District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg has pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, was sentenced to 45 days in jail and immediately taken into custody.
Lehmbergs blood alcohol level registered at 0.23 when she was arrested April 13, her attorney David Sheppard said.
It was reported that she had an open bottle of Vodka next to her when she was stopped
Ricks offense was not abuse of power, it was inaction when this same office went after orther republican officials with political charges. Travis county is one of the most liberal counties in all of texas. Why do we permit them to have state wide power not given to any other county. This power should be in a state wide elected office.
>> The same was done to KBH and Tom Delay.
Yup. The Hammer was (kind of) vindicated if I’m not mistaken.
Do you even read any of these articles?
A public interest group filed the complaint in Bexar County(San Antonio) Ct presided over by a republican judge by the name Bert Richardson.
Judge Richardson appointed a special prosecutor by the name of Michael McCrum who happens to be a republican lawyer with a practice in San Antonio. McCrum had previously been recommended to be a federal prosecutor by both Texas GOP senators.
Lehmburg, the Public Corruption Unit, and/or the Travis County DA have absolutely nothing to do with it.

Unbathed, mental patient.
“Rick Perry thought her to be a disgrace, and wanted her to resign.”
No kidding. I could only watch the booking video once. I was humiliated for her. What a hot mess as we say in GA.
Yeah but I meant why hasn’t the Texas state bar disbarred her.
Maybe they are controlled by the rats?
So dumb question is why wasn’t she fired?
The Dhims and their MSM propagandists really ought to think about what happens when the legal system is corrupted to deny conservatives justice. They should think about it *hard*.
It's an elective office. Lehmberg ran unopposed in 2012 to win her second a four-year term term.
Travis County Attorney David Escamilla sued to have Lehmberg removed, but was unsuccessful.
That said, I still wouldn't vote for Perry for dogcatcher. I'm tired of crony capitalists. We still haven't forgotten what he tried to do with the TTC.
