Ferguson, Missouri (CNN) -- An independent autopsy into the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, provides "ample" evidence to support the arrest of the police officer who shot him, family attorney Daryl Parks said Monday at a news conference.
Parks was particularly concerned about gunshots that medical examiners hired by the family indicate came from behind and above.
"Why would he be shot in the very top of his head, a 6-foot-4 man?" Parks asked. "Makes no sense."
The autopsy could support witnesses' suggestions that Brown was holding his hands up in the air, said Shawn Purcell, who assisted in the autopsy. But other scenarios are possible, said Dr. Michael Baden, who supervised the inquiry.

It could also suggest that monkeys flew out of his butt.
The officer’s skin color is enough to arrest him if it were up to the family.

Was this the same autopsy that the nyt reported on yesterday? Wildly different conclusions (no surprise) from the same data?

The family’s lead attorney (who could barely speak English BTW) repeatedly used the word “executed” to describe what happened to the gentle giant. They are going to stoke the fires until the whole country is in flames!
ANY evidence from this point on will not make any difference in the minds of the rioters. Imagine, for a moment, what is going to happen at the conclusion of this, whether it’s a trial or an internal investigation. There is going to be rioting no matter what. The rioters have already decided it.
Do tell.
If the lead attorney Crump didn’t take the case for the family pro bono he’s still costing the family too much.
After hearing him speak I wondered if it’s possible to buy a law degree from a diploma mill.
Ain’t that special. I know I could afford to hire my own ME. NOT! Didn’t know the family was well off financially.
Perhaps the idiot put his head down as he was charging the officer.
Baden whored himself out for this press conference. Looked like a doddering old fool and allowed himself to be used by Crump and Parks. Then he said after they spoke that all he saw was inconclusive.
The Browns are already salivating for the new cars and big screen TV’s that could have.
Not to worry. Eric Holder’s JustUs department will fix that body up with all kinds of incriminating evidence.
That’s all they need, for it to be “inconclusive”, just keep things foggy enough that they can continue to get away with their lies.
