I have been knocked out more than a few times, chin blows and head and forehead blows.
Never had a fracture.

This now confirms the cop was attacked and therefore justified to use lethal force.

Also the Doc treating must have felt it was that bad he did x rays on it.

Thank you CNN for admitting the cop was attacked and the injury was that bad he had to go for x rays
