11 Shots or 16 shots , it doesn't make a difference.
Assaults:
#1 The police officer was assaulted in his car when bum rushed back into the vehicle.
#2 While the officer was in his vehicle, he was struck in the face , resulting in physical injury, possible distorted vision, and disorientation .
#3 While in the vehicle, Brown treached in for the officer's gun, resulting in discharge of the weapon, resulting in temporary hearing loss.
#4 After leaving the vehicle, the officer confronted Brown, Brown taunted him , and then charged him in "bum-rush".
Those are four (4) attempts as assault by Brown against the officer.
The fact that the FBI could find more shots, doesn't surprize me ,given the known HONESTY And INTEGRITY of the current U.S. Attny General,
who has already demonstrated his impartiality of supporting the Constitution and Oath of Office,
and who has already demonstrated his willingnes to lie, under sworn testimony, to Congress .
We won't even go into "Fast and Furious", which he coodinated , and then sought "Pres__ential EXECUTIVE PRIVILEDGE " to cover his involvement.
Obviously , the sounds could be sound rebound off the neighboring buildings
Why has there been no release of the officers physical injuries or medical X-rays, the "JUST-US" Dept. held back photos in the Zimmerman trial, until it became "Moot".
The demonstration crowd, "Dream Defenders", had already been recruited by the "Just-US"dept., division of CRS(Commuinity Resources Services) to protest police.
The U.S. Attny General has the same AGENDA , as does our Pres__dent( no ID) , to divide and antagonize us all.

The pause could be attributed to any number of things.
All of which could be wrong.
Here we have a police officer assaulted 3 times, and being assau;ted for the fourth time.
Disorientated by facial injury, and hearing temporary loss
trying to protect his own life
The 'perp is out of control, allegedly recently involved in strong armed robbery , possibly drug induced, and rushing you

Me ,..I would try to stop him until he is no longer a physical threat to me,... even if it requires a magazine change.
Fortunately , I have never been placed in such a situation : what would you do .. ?
I think it’s worthy of a dark satire.
1. Thug who is a year behind at one of the worst schools in the state, juvenile record, rapper about ‘ho’s’ smoking dope, etc. is shot after assaulting a cop and trying to steal his weapon.
2. The roving band of race hustlers and pimps show up to town to cash in.
3. Thousands of illegals - some of them ISIS terrorists - cross our border. FORTY FBI agents are instead sent to dig up dirt.
4. A team from the Wash Post digs for dirt and finds nothing, but still runs a smear piece.
It’s a, dare I say, black comedy.
All orchestrated, just like Zimmerman, as the election nears and blacks were not interested in turning out to the polls.
Now here’s a fraud controversy (thugs are shot by police every day and Wilson will be cleared by the Grand Jury because 12 witnesses saw Brown charge him) that can be exploited by Democrats to whip ignorant blacks into a frenzy with the help of the drive-by media.
CORRECT! Officers are trained to shoot until the perp is down. If the perp was down and the final shoot to the head was taken there is a problem. I suspect the fatal shoot to the head occurred as the perp was falling. Officers are trained to shoot center mass. The injuries to arm indicate that the officer Wilson was not shooting well. He probably was not shooting well due to injury inflicted by the perp.
I would suggest the following:
Take your finger and point to a target as if it were a pistol. Close one eye and then open it and close the other eye and see where you "think you are pointing your finger. You will be amazed/

I am very suspicious of any *new* information or tapes that may emerge since Eric Holder has been assigned the task of “finding” enough to prosecute.
Sound more like a 'moment of panicked reloading' while an angry homicidal mad druggie kept bearing down on him.

I will lay bets on manufactured evidence and a complete frame-up from the Dept of JustUs. That’s a big variation in the number of shots fired. Did his magazine even hold that many rounds? Or would he have had reload? How about she’ll casings? Surely they’ve already collected them.

I was thinking the same thing. Get that sound expert on the case and he can tell us who fired the shots and from which direction they came.
As my wife’s CCW instructor told her, “When the judge ask why you shot the perp 8 times”, you simply say, “That is all the bullets I had, your honor”.
