Like was just stated, I too am suspicious of anything that the FBI (under odumbo’s direction) brings forth as new evidence.
Anyone with any experience being in or near Street Rat infested neighborhoods will tell you they hear gun shots all the time. If there really WERE additional shots, that just happened to be at the same time Officer Wilson was shooting, it would NOT be any surprise to me.
Sounds like a fake. Who us going to keep talking like that, with no pause, when gunshots are ringing out in such a fashion.

Could those shots have been a warning “in air” shots to stop him from running? FBI is in to gather evidence that is daming and to present an open and shut case convict and sacrifice this officer because the blacks in ferguson and America want it. This sends a message to all in law enforcement.
I heard a caller to a talk show claim that there's another tape from the store (or a missing part of the current tape) that shows Brown paying for the stuff.
I suppose now the scene at the door will be explained by the grievance industry as the racist, evil, greedy store owner rushing to inform Brown, who had not yet left the store, that the price had just been increased and insisted Brown pay the difference because he was still in the store. Brown of course refused.
The grievance industry folks have Black Privilege and the MSM employees respect that and will provide their support.
Assuming the audio is authentic, there must be more than just 12 seconds, or are claiming he only caught the shots and nothing before or after. Not very likely. Perhaps the rest of it has verbal commands by the cop or taunting by Brown that would hurt the gentle giant’s case. I think the media considers this tape “damning” because they cant imagine any incident where a cop fires more than 1 or 2 rounds at someone.
Dorian Johnson does have some inconsistencies in his story, but you have to remember Officer Wilson was blasting away like he was in a war zone and Dorian Johnson was running for his life during part of it. I am not surprised his testimony is not perfect. Officer Wilson’s alleged friend “Josie” tells a story that doesn’t match up well with the alleged gunshot tape. She does not say Officer Wilson’s gun went off during the struggle and he kept shooting at a fleeing suspect. I am sure Officer Wilson has filed a written report. I wonder what he put on that document.
So, you think someone made up a false tape and gave it to the FBI as evidence in a case with this high a profile? I doubt it.

Oh, for Pete’s sake! How many shell casings were recovered from the scene? How many rounds were missing from Wilson’s weapon? Was there an empty magazine?
Do any of these so-called investigators know basic forensics? Or are we going to continue to speculate about this endlessly?
By now, a blind man could have reconstructed the incident with his guide dog and a white cane.
How do we know that recording is accurate or even happened during the Wilson/Brown incident? Officer Wilson had a .40 Sig and depending on the model there should have been somewhere between 10-15 bullets in the gun. So if they say there is eleven shots fired, then surely the police know how many unused shells were in the gun, and Brown was hit by six bullets....so when the evidence comes out let’s see whose talking bull.
I believe Officer Wilson only had vision in one eye clearly, due to Brown punching him in the eye in the first encounter when one shot went off....that’s seven bullets.
So now how many bullets were left in the gun? First which model gun did Wilson have and we know how many bullets he started with?....That’s the right question to decide if this recording has any merit or is simply a staged piece of lying bull crap. Subtrack the seven we know were used, and let’s see if eleven shots were fired.
What is the basis for the assessment that Wilson was "blasting away like he was in a war zone"?
Dorian Johnson's initial statement was that Wilson attacked Brown, then shot him in the back, the executed him as he was standing with his hands raised trying to surrender. He's already had to recant the first 2 points. The wound pattern on Brown's right arm is not consistent with him being shot standing with his hands in the air. It is consistent with him running toward the officer when he was shot.
The only part of Johnson's initial statement that's lining up with the physical evidence is that Wilson shot Brown. Characterizing that as "not perfect" seems rather tortured.

Ok, Mr. Root Cause Analysis ... Maybe you can do the Five Whys on why the audio tape you seem to assume is accurate doesn’t match with the autopsy report provided by the Brown family’s own examiner?
The DoJ version will state Brown runs away, turns WHEN WILSON CALLS HIM THE N-WORD.....Then Brown charges Wilson as any good Black man would after being provoked ...
Wilson is charged with a hate crime because he caused Brown to attack him, precipitating the Homicide.
One thing I have not heard mentioned by any officials is how many bullets were in the officer’s gun to begin with, and how many did he fire ?

Seriously, though, those saying “shoot to wound” need to examine where Big Mike was shot - 4 times in the shoulder and arm before the 2 fatal head shots. If this was on purpose, the officer WAS trying to stop him without killing him, but couldn’t.
I was on FR the first moment the Brown incident went public.
AT that time, there were reports that witnesses and LE stated that shots were being fired IN AROUND OR NEAR the apartment complex BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER the incident between Brown and Wilson.
They don't want you to know how many he had, or how many he fired.
It might not match up with the number of gunshots heard.
As I said, there were reports of gunfire at or near the apartment complex BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER the BROWN/WILSON encounter.
