Sessions has been my fav R Senator for years now. He combines the experience, philosophy, commitment, temperament, and integrity that would so well serve the Senate, the GOP and the USA and its citizens. (not in that order)

There is some confusion because Pete Sessions wanted to replace Cantor as majority leader, while Brat emulated Jeff Sessions to win his primary against Cantor.
I did not follow the Brat campaign, but cheered when Cantor was soundly whipped and stuffed.
I don’t know if voters watched Brat and confused his style with Pete or Jeff Sessions.
Jeff Sessions (AL) is a fine conservative who respects the traditional Republican platform. On the other hand, Pistol Pete Sessions (TX) is a player who respects the advancement platform of Pete Sessions.
Thank you very much for your take on the confusion factor. It sure seems that the confusion unfairly advantages Pete Sessions and unfairly hurts Jeff Sessions.
