'This is a part of becoming a sexual person in this decade', says psychologist...
The generation of those not raised in the digital media era of the "selfie" may be shocked at the news of the celebrity photo hack not so much that someone would leak such pictures, but that a number of young actresses would have naked or intimate pictures of themselves.

Celebrities- You don’t have to love them...or care one way or the other.

I have always wondered why anyone gives credence to anything said by one who makes their living mouthing someone else’s thoughts.

You would think, that what happened to the Dr. Laura photos, would have taught them a lesson.

Sorry, but I’ve never heard of this woman until the story broke in the news a few days ago. Is she supposed to be some “big deal” actress or model?
Guess I’m just gettin’ too old to keep up with all of the names of the so-called “celebrities”, since I only watch a couple of programs and sports on broadcast TV and don’t do premium TV channels.

Ask your grandkids. Lawrence was in xmen and is the star of the hunger games series. (Where as a good old gal hunter she wins and ends up starting a revolution against the elites in charge of the government).
She is usually quite down to earth and I suspect she'll make s joke of it.

Sorry, but Ive never heard of this woman until the story broke in the news a few days ago Ya know, I'm 34 years old, and I haven't heard of half of these actresses. My wife and I were talking about it, and I realized how "old" I am by comparison. I realized how little I actually care. I haven't given money to Hollyweird in over 10 years, and I'm going to keep it that way.
The digital age continues to consume its users like a drug, but people are hopelessly attached to their useless online crap.

Thing is, with this breach, it wasn’t that they posted anything. These pictures were on their Apple devices and were being backed up to the ‘iCloud.’ The ‘iCloud’ was breached, the photos were stolen, and now they’re being disseminated. This is not a willful distribution of personal material in any way.

Actress Mary Elizabeth Winstead, a victim of the hacker, lashed out at anyone looking at photos she “took with my husband years ago in the privacy of our home.” For whom, your mom?

I don’t know about her personal views, but Jennifer Lawrence is a terrific actress...check out her work in the vastly underrated ‘Winter’s Bone’, also he role as Tiffany in ‘Silver Linings Playbook’ was great! Don’t get me wrong, she is probably as amoral as any other Hollywood ‘actress’, but the talent is there.

PETA just cant take a joke.
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is targeting Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence for her squirrel-skinning scene in Winters Bone, and the hunting scenes in her latest film.
For her Oscar-nominated role in 2010′s Winters Bone, Lawrences character is seen graphically skinning a squirrel in order to feed her poverty-stricken family.
In an interview with Rolling Stone magazine, Lawrence said of the scene, I should say it wasnt real, for PETAbut screw PETA.

I’m still fuming that the FBI is wasting my tax dollars on an investigation on behalf of a handful of wealthy celebrities who were all STOOOOPID enough to post naked selfies to the cloud.
To: LadyDoc
I'm guessing you have not seen the pics if you think she's going to try to make a 'joke' of them. If I were her I would be too embarrassed to show my face in public.

there has also been a cultural shift, one of self focus, vanity and narcissism. Bingo! Narcissism + technology = everyone will see you naked.

The iCloud was breached, the photos were stolen, and now theyre being disseminated. This is not a willful distribution of personal material in any way. The method used was to try the 500 (or so) most commonly used passwords (like "password" or "12345678") on each account and see who used a weak password.
Something like the burglar method of going down the rows of apartment doors, and checking to see who forgot to lock their door.

She is one of the young actors who can actually act.
At the age of 22 or 23 has already one at least one Oscar ...or two.
