That is also true. However, after Iran fell to the Mullah’s,
populated major Middle-east countries such as Iraq, Egypt were under firm control by dictators who were not religious zealots.

Toppling Saddam started the chain reaction. We can’t bury our heads in sand and not admit mistake by Bush-43. One must admit mistakes in order to have a chance at better future.

The worst blunder was not telling the OPEC(kers) off in 1973 after the Embargo.

Correct! That was the beginning of the errors committed by the U.S.

The only president that did the right thing after that was Reagan, who bombed Gaddafi’s compound and left it at that.

The only solution now is the complete annihilation of the members of the peaceful religion (or saving some by conversion, which is unlikely).
